Have tried Duncan in Waunakee twice now and it's just not what it used to be. Too commercialized and has lost its quality. If there were a better option for donuts I would seek it out.
Gets two stars because staff is very friendly and cheerful despite being slow and probably underpaid.
Kwik Trip has far better coffee available for more than half the price...now that I think about it, the donuts at Kwik Trip are comparable to Duncan Donuts less the selection...

We went for the Friday night fish fry. There was a small salad bar included and it was fresh and very good. The baked cod was perfectly done but don’t order the skinny little overdone french fries. A small cup of tasteless coleslaw was also included. Our waitress, Sarah, was excellent and efficient and explained the specials to us.

We went there on Sunday and must say we were very disappointed in the service. The salad bar was okay the soup was the best part. We had reservations and yet we stood at the whole station for about 5 minutes. Staff kept walking past...MoreThanks For Taking the Time to Review, Sorry about the Wait, We did have a Waitress Not Show . But That is not Your Fault, Sorry again, Rex

I'm not from the area, however, I have stopped by this place twice now passing through town and it hasn't been open!! When searching on the internet and google; Trader Gus, it displays the hours of the convenience store only, not the gyros place. Don't be fooled. They are building a restaurant next to the convenience store that has been in progress for a while now and it still is not complete! Would LOVE to try the gyros here and will continue to come back. Hopefully, one of these times it will be open.
FYI....when we pulled up and realized the gyro restaurant was closed, three other cars stopped as well. You would have business on Sunday!!! Please consider being open on Sundays!!

While the food was good, I found it a little pricey for what it was. I brought my 7 and 10 year old for supper just for buffet and spent almost 40. Three meals, one water and two root beer. I thought for what we received a bit pricy. Children didn't eat much and I had one trip to the buffet. Staff was friendly and food was ok.

After attending the funeral for the president and CEO of Culvers, we decided to have lunch at Culvers in Waunakee.
All the employees are so friendly.
We had butter burgers and chicken tenders. Our meals were brought to our table. Everything was hot and delicious.
Very happy with everything.
As we were leaving more then one employee said good bye and wished us a good weekend.

The greatest, friendliest, helpful family I have met.
Coffee - I always have a latte and since I have become milk sensitive, they have almond milk available.
The sourdough bread is absolutely delicious. Needless to say I always have sourdough sandwiches.
They have created a welcoming ambiance topped with their unique personalities.
Highly recommended.

I have eaten here three times. I enjoyed the Reuben sandwich and I enjoyed the riblet sandwich. However the rib meat on the latter sandwich contained a fair amount of cartilage which I had to spit out. And lastly I had the burnt ends. These were very tender and smokey with BBQ sauce served on the side to cut the richness of the meat. Friendly and efficient wait staff. Pleasant atmosphere although I wonder why there needed to be three TVs on. This may be OK in a sports bar, but perhaps not in a casual restaurant.

Was in for breakfast on a Sunday. Hostess seem flustered. Food was dried out and the waitress was very rude. She acted as if we were bothering her when we asked for more water. We mentioned the food was a bit dry but told her it was fine because we waited long enough for the dry meal didn't want to wait longer for a new meal. We just wanted the check leave.
