The Watseka diner has absolutely excellent service. The menu is very extensive and includes wraps, salads, fish, steak, breakfast, etc. We were pleased that the freshness of the salads and the speed of the service for our group of 14. Prices were reasonable.

DQs are not fine dining, but finding one can make my day when I am hungry and could use a Blizzard fix. This one is on east US 24 in Watseka, and the friendly staff fixed me a fine Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard, which made the rest of my day much better. But before you stop you should know that the place doesn't take credit or debit cards, and does warn you about that with fairly prominent signs.

Family friendly dine in or carry out coffeehouse. Serving coffee, espresso drinks, and non coffee drinks you and your kids will love! We have decaf espresso and coffee as well. If you like gluten free pastries, check with the baristas to see if we have any in the bakery case that day. You may also get your sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead. We have soup and sandwich specials daily. Also come in at breakfast time and get a breakfast sandwich your way or homemade biscuits and gravy. Sandwiches are made to order! In a hurry? Call your order in ahead. Also take advantage of our free WiFi and extra conference room and Comfy seating on the couch overlooking the street! We have everything for a relaxed visit! We also have a gift shop so come and have a look around! We have a highchair for the kiddos and a kids menu. You may also preorder some of our pastries/desserts.

Great locally owned business, wonderful unique menu and drinks. Nice calm atmosphere to sit and relax!!!! The owners/staff are friendly and the service is great. Wonderful homemade deserts to choose from, I highly recommend the turtle cheese cake or carrot cake.

If your passing through or live in Watseka, IL Potosina is a good place to grab a nice sit down Mexican meal. The atmosphere is good, the restaurant is clean and the servers are friendly. Potosina is always good for a realiable, fairly priced meal in a positive atmosphere.

I was seated immediately. I was able to order a beer, not all locations offer this. I ordered a pan type pizza but was served a thin crust pizza. I ate it anyway and enjoyed it thoroughly. The wait staff was buzzing about except for my server, I wanted another beer but could not get one. Anyway, this place is highly recommended. Oh, one other thing, they give you a reasonably sized side salad. Other Monical's give you a lot bigger bowl which is unmanageable. This is a good place to bring the family.

We were in Watseka for the weekend and the resturant across fromm the motel 8 was where we had our first breakfast. The food was okay-better than the offering at the hotel, but the staff were not examply friendly. Maybe it was because we weren't "local", but it was just a bit off putting. The food is standard small time diner food. The grits were actually okay and nothing was really bad. However had the staff been a bit more pleasant-and not arguing within earshot it would have been a better review.

Stopped by on the way out west. Bright, pleasant place staffed by competent employees. We were in no hurry, but the food came out quickly. Place was clean and inviting. Seems to be rather new, too. We will be back, this was our third visit in the last two,years.

Enjoyed four different styles of KFC chicken to select from along with various delicious sides. The restaurant was clean and had adequate service. Only complaint would be that manager and another employee were standing in parking lot smoking as we arrived. It just seems a better choice would be to not smoke so publicly and especially not next to where customers are getting out of the car to enter the restaurant. Overall, good to average.

This taco bell is brand new and is the usual Taco bell experience. Order came out quickly and tasted good to me. Very clean and nice staff. We eat here often.

Lots of cheese and always hot. Donuts are fresh and the coffee is an added treat. The in-house tables provide a good place to enjoy our food. The grand kids look forward to our weekly adventure.
