Came here because a friend recommended them. We definitely ordered way too much for 2 people but we wanted to try everything. We ordered the tonkatsu shrimp ramen, the rock shrimp appetizer, the tuna sushi burrito and a tuna poke bowl. The shrimp appetizer was delicious and a good starter for us. The ramen was delicious as well. Very authentic japanese ramen. The poke bowl and the burrito was good as well.... the poke didnt have any flavor to the tuna so if your looking for something like a hawaiian poke bowl, its not. The tuna is definitely fresh tho. The spicy mayo on the sushi burrito was an awesome combo. Would come back but maybe not for a poke fix
Decent place to eat, I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer a dish without the white rice. I just wanted veggies and meat but they didn't have that option. Other than that the food was good. The staff was friendly. The tables could have been wiped down but it was a good place to eat.

Tried this restaurant and really enjoyed the 4 rolls we tried. It came as a meal. We also ordered the sashimi plate it was a disappointment. Not very good at all. Small thin pieces and some were seared. Skip this and order rolls.

After a long drive back home from being with our mom in hospital. We stopped in to eat teriyaki. I smiled at the lady at counter as we stoid at counter for 4 minutes no acknowledgement and no smile. Needless to say we took our business elswhere... now waiting our delicious burger and fries as we enjoy our soda and milk shake at Big Daddy's

Stopped here on a recent Friday night for the first time. I wasn't expecting much as there are teriyaki joints in just about every strip mall around here serving average food. Apple Teriyaki is a cut above most. The portions were huge and all three of us left with at least another meal for each. And we ate a lot of food too because it was quite good. We each had a combo with chicken teriyaki and another item. Combos were $9.99. I also liked that they had hot soup available for those who ate in or for the many who were just waiting for a take out order. With food and prices like this, we will be back!

As others have reported, there's often a bit of a wait, but tonight it's clear they are severely understaffed for chefs. We arrived and the parking lot was less than half empty; the waiting area had 4 people in it and there were many many open tables and we were told it would be an hour and a half without reservations. The greeters were not friendly and, frankly could care less if we left or not.Save your time, go elsewhere, there's another close in Puyallup without the great decor, but will glad to seat you with a smile.
