Food had marginal taste. Dirty salad bar area; no meat choices to speak of. Overall tasteless meal. Even the desserts were do-so. Go elsewhere.

This is your typical, local bar with an extensive beer menu, friendly people, pool, upbeat atmosphere and some of the food is also pretty good ... clams, hamburgers, soup, pizza (it's really not a salad place). If you're in the area, it's a sure thing!

The Bistro is always good with a rotating menu featuring NW foods. The service fun and friendly. Thursday nights is steak night with a wonderful $13.95 5oz sirloin which melts in your mouth. Other nights of the week feature an extensive early bird dinner menu.

After a pleasant ferry ride from Edmonds we arrived at this quaint old house converted into a restaurant. It was a beautiful sunny day so enjoyed sitting outdoors sipping on some very nice cocktails and eating delicious food. The food was fresh and presented nicely. Service friendly and efficient. It was a great way to spend a late afternoon with friends. Not cheap but was worth the experience.

Let's start with, there aren't too many choices of good places to eat in Kingston. So, being #1 there isn't the same as across the water in Edmonds. Having said that, my breakfast was quite satisfying but could have been better. The place is clean. I ate in the bar choosing a table because the bar seats look flimsy and uncomfortable. They have 20 beers on tap, and I enjoyed a glass of Cutt's Amber Ale. Visiting the Northwest for the summer, I tend to order salmon or other regional fish whenever possible. So I mostly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict Northwest with smoked salmon. I only wished the eggs were cooked more over easy, instead of medium. The Hollandaise sauce was good but not top shelf.Value is pretty good and service is attentive. I love the multiple HDTV's in the bar. Next time I'll come back for lunch. I think those choices represent the stronger items on the menu.
