It is bordered by Des Moines and Kent on the northeast, Auburn as well as the town of Lakeland North and Lakeland South in unincorporated King County on the east, Milton on the south, and Tacoma as well as Fife Heights and Dash Point in unincorporated Pierce County on the southwest. The population was 95,171 at the 2015 United States Census. Federal Way is currently the 9th largest city in Washington State and the 5th largest in King County, according to the Census Bureau's 2015 population estimate.

Great ramen, good service, decent enough atmosphere. Menu has some limited vegetarian options. The bar for good food in Federal Way is pretty low, but this is probably one of the best restaurants in town. It's good for meeting up with friends or grabbing dinner while out shopping. As with all things in Federal Way, it is in a strip mall.

Food here was good and on par with other Ivars. Generally the restaurant was clean, menâs room was a disaster area. Need to keep up especially as it was prior to noon may have been previous days mess.

I come to this area often on business and this is the best place I've eaten so far. I ate here four times in three days and got takeout for the next days breakfast. Good prices, service, value and food. I recommend any of the sandwiches and the bubble tea.

I enjoyed a hot bowl of steelcut oatmeal with strawberries and cinnamon, a cinnamon roll, and a cup of hot chocolate. My husband had the steak and egg sandwich. Everything was good, staff were friendly, and service was quick. Breakfast by the fire was a nice touch.

Friendly and efficient service! We each ordered the fresh spring rolls: the shrimp & pork (A-1) and the tofu (A-4). Delicious.Banh mi chicken and banh mi pork had the right balance of meat, vegetables, and bread. These Vietnamese sandwiches are not on the menu, but check photos on the wall (also other additional dishes.)Prices are VERY reasonable.
