I was absolutely blown away by the experience at this cafe. It was more like an upscale restaurant! The staff was so professionally dressed and the service was fantastic. The menu is that of an upper scale restaurant and the variety was excellent. Everything our party had was beyond exceptional and plated beautifully. I will definitely be coming back to try another dish!

I am always in the search for a good eggs benedict, so we tried this place. I was not disappointed. The hollandaise sauce is homemade, and the overall presentation was good. I asked if the orange juice was fresh squeezed. Although Was told that it was, it is not. Not a big deal, because I think that the young man didn't understand what I meant. The eggs benedict made up for it. It can take a bit to get your food or specialty coffee when it gets busy. Just go with some patience and enjoy the atmosphere. Tucked away in Perrinville.
Took my kid there. We had the ice cream sandwich cookie. It was enormous! Cut into quarters it was more than enough for the two of us. Rich decadent chocolate cookies with premium vanilla ice cream in between. Thick gooey ganache-like chocolate sauce. Garnished with fresh whip cream & some sort of sprinkle that glittered like fairy dust. And it was less than $5. I am a Big fan of Mel & Mias.
5-stars as far as doughnut restaurants go! I can't comment on the coffee personally because I don't drink it, but I heard from others that it was quite good. But, the doughnuts!!!!!!!!! Yes, please!! We picked out 7 and had to stop because they're quite large and hefty and there were only 3 of us. We cut them all in half to each have more variety. Needless to say, we had plenty left over. These doughnuts did not disappoint! A little pricey, but soooooo worth it once you bite into their delishousness! My favorite were the Bavarian cream, maple glazed longjohn, and apple fritter, in that order. I highly recommend you give them a try. I will be back the next time I visit Edmonds, and I'm sure my sister (who lives there) will return again soon!
