The lunch and dinner meals are the best. You get the tofu soup and whatever the entree is - pork, chicken, etc. the rice they give you comes with tea that you can drink. The little snacks that come with the meal are awesome, especially the fish.

We were six adults and two kids in for dinner. Most of the adults wanted bibimbap, so we didnât sit at the BBQ tables. The mushroom bibimbap was outstanding (but then again, I really like mushrooms). The Neng myun noodles were also quite good. Iâm far from an expert on Korean cuisine, but the place was full of Koreans, so Iâm thinking itâs probably pretty close to right. Too, the Koreans at our table said the food was nicely done. Service was good (use the buzzer button), and the prices were right - we came out to about $15 per person with a couple of adult beverages included. Will definitely go back when weâre back up this way on the next trip.

Fri 06/08 5:30pm: Ho Soon Yi Restaurant/Edmonds, Wa: Stopped in to try after a quick grocery trip. A good sign with a majority of Asian clientele, though we canât tell the differences from Korean nor Japanese. The service is pretty good though they seem to focus on those who ordered the BBQ. We want to check out their individual dishes for now. They refilled other table kimchi trays but not ours. I love a few of their kimchi, but decided not to push it. Ordered three dishes, pretty good seasoning & fresh ingredients, but after they were served, our waiter didnât come back. We had to request for the check. Oh well, perhaps no return until their service pickup. It seems to be a family business. Our waiter didnât smile much nor eye contacts. 2.5 stars
