I've been to Burrata several times, and it's one of the best spots in Poulsbo. It was very crowded on a Saturday evening, and if you choose to sit in the dining area (as opposed to the counter) either specify a booth or be prepared to sit very, very close to other diners. The list of specials is mind-boggling. My friend ordered the ahi, and I was grateful for a bite. I have to say it ranks among the best ahi tuna I have ever tasted, and I order ahi nearly every chance I get.

Visited Poulsbo area for 2 weeks and went to Signo de Vino twice. I ordered the pancetta wrapped scallops with almond risotto and asparagus on both occasions. The scallops were perfectly cooked both times. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unlike true Italian, though, they only had regular coffee instead of espresso. Also, the cooks or chef in the kitchen was yelling and the whole restaurant heard it. He wasnât yelling to be mean, but rather to be heard. It happened twice that evening. It didnât ruin the meal but was kinda inappropriate. I would go back again for those scallops

Love this place!!!! The food is so good and reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly! I recommend the salmon, but husband swears by the spicy lasagna! Our kids love the bread and oil and the bottled root beer!
