We have been very disappointed with Italian restaurants in the greater Mill Creek and Bothell area so we only eat Italian food at home. We finally found this little hidden gem that has been here for 9 years and we will be coming back often. We had dinner with friends from Texas Easter eve and they raved about it the entire weekend they stayed with us. The personal attention, good food and reasonably priced wine were a surprise to all of us.We were greeted by Pete who welcomed us as first time guests and assigned Lisa to serve our table. She was attentive, well informed on all aspects of the menu and cheerfully served us the entire evening. Pete checked back with us several times to insure we were satisfied. We started with the Bruschetta special and Calamari Affogati, both were great and the calamari was marinated in a marinara sauce and done perfectly. Our main courses were Vitello Saltimbocca, Vitello Picatta and the special Spaghetti Aux Fruits De Mer. The special was loaded with sea food of various types and was excellent. We were treated with their Tiramisu for dessert and it was the best I have had in any restaurant.Pete then had his wife Rhonda come out of the kitchen to meet us. She is the chef and comes from a family from Calabria that had a restaurant in Pioneer Square for 35 years. We spoke about various Italian dishes that are favorites in both our families. We will make this our go to Italian restaurant and will bring out of town guests there to experience an enjoyable evening of dining. Pete, Lisa and Rhonda, thank you for making Italian dining like eating in an Italian home.

Tucked away on the corner of a busy intersection of 4th Ave W and 128th St SW near the southern edge of Everett city limits, this restaurant looked promising upon entry, with somewhat of a nice ambiance that could probably use some music. They have a couple of wonderful tables on the far southwest and far southeast of the restaurant that remind one of a Chinese restaurant with their lazy Susans, but the décor is definitely Italian. It's somewhat cozy despite having windows looking towards the busy intersection. After getting us some water, service crawled thereafter. Despite a restaurant that was at most 1/4 full, and there may be 20 tables total in the place, it took fro 30-45 minutes to see our server or our meals, then at least 20-30 minutes after we were done to get a chance to flag down our server (unless I had chosen to arise and chase after her) and a few minutes more to see our bill. My beverage was never refreshed, and the service was reason enough not to even ask about dessert. There was only one server, but she was meandering around and not making any haste. We both had parmesan meals, yet each were prepared differently. The cheese on mine had hardened, the chicken breaded and in chunks, the spaghetti it rested on thick, and this was supplemented with breadcrumbs, this preparation a first in my lifetime of eating such meals. It didn't taste bad or too warmed over, but not fresh. My girlfriend's eggplant version had skinless chicken and no breadcrumbs, the way I'm used to seeing it, plus the addition of so. On the other hand, the garlic bread was outstanding.I would go elsewhere the next time my hunger calls for Italian food, as the food was at best average, save the garlic bread, and the service sub-par.

Caesar salad was fresh and the dressing had perfect taste. The Cioppino was delicious, I couldn't waste the sauce and had to get more bread to dip. The wines were very nice, I recommend the Poderuccio and my new favorite Abracadabra. And special thanks to Lizzy, very professional and personable.... And an awesome wine selector. Nice dining experience - thank you.
