Amazing food! I had chicken cashew biryani that was so delicious. Big chunks of chicken breast, green beans, peas, corn, carrots, raisins, and cashews mixed together with seasoned basmati rice. It came with raita. There was so much of it...I ate all I wanted and my husband had some as well. I took home a large portion for a later lunch. All for $12.95. My husband had the lamb curry which he described as excellent. They serve beer and wine and have a small but nice selection. Service was great. The chef/owner has 30 years experience cooking Indian food. They recently added delivery service. Although the address is Lynnwood, they are right on the southern city limit of Mukilteo. I am delighted they have brought their business here.

I had a Dr. appointment this morning in Everett, and the doctor, originally from India, gave me a list of anti inflammatory foods, including some spices used in Indian cooking. Following a brief discussion of Indian foods, he recommended Curries. I hope is is at least half as good a Dr as he is restaurant reviewer.I cannot begin to describe each dish in the lunch buffet. I an not a vegetarian, but the vegetarian dishes were my favorites. I could not recommend a better restaurant for extremely reasonable prices.

I have tried multiple Indian restaurants in the Everett and Lynnwood area and could not find any as good as some places in Bothell, Kirkland and Bellevue until I found Ra Soi. Itâs not easy to find but worth the navigation. The place is quient but the food is really good. The buffet setup is not very eye appealing but trust me try the food. They have a good selection of meat choices and vegetarian and each item I had was delicious.
