The Grange is a farm to table restaurant and bar showcasing food grown in the surrounding Snoqualmie Valley. Grange owners Sarah and Luke come to food from an agricultural angle: in 1999 they founded Oxbow Farm and ran it for 17 years. They now raise prod
My Previous review of The Grange Cafe was about one year ago. Since that time, the restaurant closed, interior renewed and new owners established. The menu is limited - highlighting local produce from the SnoValley. The wood-fired pizzas are still available, with several, interesting options. The appetizers and entrees rely on the available produce and meat/fish. There are small plates and plates to share (if you choose that). On our visit, we ordered several small plates and then shared the gnocchi. The shishito peppers were so good - sauteed and slightly seasoned. These peppers are really delicious. The crispy potatoes were roasted well and tossed with Mexican cheese - very tasty. But, the gnocchi dish was definitely the most memorable. The gnocchi were like little pillows of dough - light and slightly browned - served with vegetables. Definitely not the traditional Italian gnocchi that we grew up with. The new owners also have ties in the local farming community and are passionate about local eating and really, really good food.We will be back! Please note: hours are for dinner only at this time and there is no longer a Sunday brunch menu.Sue! Thank you so much for the glowing review! And thank you for coming in. AND brunch IS now up n running! Every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm. Please jin us for brunch!

They have some interesting menu items - much more than regular "tavern food". Everything that I've tried there has been above average. It's not spectacular, but it's not priced that way either. It usually is a little loud and it feels crowded even though we haven't ever had to wait to find a seat.

Stopped in here for a pint: excellent tap options from pilsner to stouts. While we didn't eat here, meals seemed to be a hit with the locals - and I understand the chef-owner does an outstanding job when he's on site (maybe call ahead & ask?)Best thing about it? The staff - fun, friendly, and makes you feel like a welcome regular from the get-go.
