The two guys who run this shop have to be some of the hardest workers you will ever see. They turn orders around food-truck fast, with quality ingredients and at a great price. All while being incredibly customer-focused and friendly. The $2.95 tacos are hearty and the meat flavorful. They have three tasty sauce and some pretty good salsa. This is not fine dining, but it is as good as most restaurants. The only quibble is the chips and salsa as an order. The salsa is good, but the chips meager. the super nachos, otoh, are loaded and a meal unto themselves.(The ambiance? Well, it's a mall. And it's not even a good mall food court. i don't hold that against them, as I almost always get takeout.)Give them a try on your next Taco Night.
I saw this place while picking up pizza and had to try it. Went in the following week and picked up some tacos and a chicken burrito. The food was good, a little different from the Mexican food I get in Seattle, but still very good. The menu is fairly simplified as it only lists chicken, port, and beef. You don't really get a choice of port (carnitas or al pastor) but it was still pretty tasty. Will certainly visit again.

We always get a crunch wrap meal #9 and a 12 pack of mini cinnabons. We go thru the drive-thru and when we get home we found our 12 cinnabons were only 10. This happened 3 times. I wrote a complaint letter to the corporate office and it hasn't happened since but we still count the cinnabons before we leave the drive thru. We were never reimbursed for our losses.

The Mazatlan Restaurant in Auburn, WA is always a sure thing for good Mexican food. They have a wide selection of mouth watering entrees on their menu. Service at the Mazatlan is always fast and efficient. Give yourself a break and let Mazatlan do the cooking tonight. They'll even do the dishes!
My son and I eat here once or twice a week and have done so for years. We always get the same thing even though they have a lot of choices that look great. I get 5 chicken tacos and he gets 4 tongue tacos. We put a squeeze of lime a splash of tamitillo salsa and a generous amount of their jalapeno slaw. I have eaten tacos all over the world and I would put these prepared the way listed above as some of the best ever. Service is great and the employees are long term and super nice people. This is not a fine dining restaurant. Think great food truck tacos in a comfortable diner setting with soccer always on the TV. My daughters who don't like spicy food sometimes go with us and they both love the chicken Caesar salad which is surprisingly very good.
The food here is really good! It is traditional Mexican food and not Tex-Mex or southwest. We are from Arizona and we were not disappointed! You wonât go away hungry as we enjoyed everything we tried.
My father makes up excuses to come here. He really loves their nachos. The place is very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. They play traditional Mexican music. My mother likes the birra. Much better than the expensive commercialized Azteca this is the go to place for simple, high quality Mexican food in Auburn WA.

We stopped for dinner and found ourselves warmly greeted and promptly seated. The Sante Fe salad was delicious but I would rank the chile rellano as average. I also ordered a chicken enchilada that had very little sauce or cheese on it. Next time I will get the salad. Service was good as was the draft beer.

We enjoyed lunch at Rio Blanco in Auburn. We were in a bit of hurry -- and ordered the super nachos. Got there within 5 minutes. Chips and dips were outstanding and the nachos were very good. We will have to return when we have more time and enjoy their extensive menu! Give Rio Blanco a try -- you will like it!
