We like the adult waterfront setting of the Bistro and view. A full wet bar included. We ordered a seafood linguine and a blackened salmon. First time I ever tried salmon wet blackened covered with salsa instead of dry seared. Interesting taste. The sour dough bread and peach cobbler was very good. Recommend.

A branch of the Florida-based beer bar chain that features a large selection of beers, especially locally brewed craft beer options, and upscale pub grub. Staff is very knowledgeable about what they sell, and very friendly. A good place for visitors to the area to try some of the many beers brewed in the Pacific Northwest and only available in a small part of the country.

Getting together with my granddaughter is special since she is 17...enough said! When I asked where she wanted to eat, she immediately said Red Robin, and asked if her boyfriend, who I hadn't met yet, could join us. It was a delicious experience as my granddaughter and her boyfriend both LOVE food and LOVE to eat a lot. Thus, it was nice for Red Robin to accommodate them with bottomless fries as well as double burgers. I enjoyed the food too.....tasty, juicy teriyaki chicken burger. We received wonderful service and the atmosphere was delicious as well. It was nice to get to experience my granddaughter and her boyfriend in this beautiful backdrop called Red Robin. Thanks to all the staff who made this possible!!

On a beautifully sunny day this was a bright and airy place to hang out with friends and try out the food. The couple we met chose to sit inside because all the tables with umbrellas were taken and it was also a bit breezy. After we sat down our server came to the table to take our drink orders (the menus are already at the tables). According to the name on the lunch check was Jason. I think he was also at least the manager. He knew both his beers and his food.I'm agreeing with others who have made comments about the slow service. There were not many customers in the place yet after we placed our beer orders--all beers available on tap--they didn't come to the table until about 15 minutes later. Now, there was Jason, and two other servers, yet it took that long to get our beers. The wait time to get our food served was about 20 minutes, again, a bit long considering we ordered two cheeseburgers and fries, a pulled pork sandwich, and a fish sandwich. None of the sandwiches were hot but rarely are any hot sandwiches served hot from my experience. My lovely wife and I had the cheeseburgers with wedge fries. Jason told us the burger patties are made from Angus beef. I could tell the beef was good quality but, to me, the burger lacked flavor. It was screaming for some salt. I'll never understand why so many burger places are afraid to season their meat. If a customer is on a low-salt or a salt-free diet, then let them tell their server that. Jason did tell us that all burgers are cooked medium with a bit of pink in the middle. I ordered my wife's burger well done since she hates pink meat and her order was cooked to her specification. My wife liked the taste of her burger better than I liked mine. Her complaint was there wasn't enough of the house Thousand Island-based sauce on her sandwich. In contrast, mine was drowning in it. Had she told me, I would gladly have used my knife to scrape some excess sauce off my burger and apply it to hers.I don't know if the burgers and the fries are made from scratch but the wedge fries were crispy and tasty. I got to try a taste of our friend's cod fish sandwich. The chunk had some of the deep-fried beer batter on it but it so maybe that wasn't a good test of its flavor. Still, I found what I sampled bland, again due to a lack of seasoning (although our friend loved it). This tells me that the fish itself wasn't seasoned with salt and pepper before being dredged through the batter, although I have to assume the batter was seasoned. If it was, I didn't pick up on it.Three of us had the Mac & Jack's African Amber, which is a really good beer. So, three of the assigned stars are for the food. The 4th star is for Jason. He was a very friendly and informative guy who knew his menu and his beers. He made sure to check in with us a few times before we ordered and during our meal. If he is also in management, he's got to get those service wait times down. There's no excuse for long waits for drinks and food, especially when the restaurant isn't busy.

Stopped by Applebeeâs on our way thru Silverdale. Approach âcheck-inâ and told there was a 10 min wait. I ask about seating in bar and was told 10 min. I counted at least 8 empty tables. Ask why couldnât seat at empty tables and was told âmanagementâ said not to. Question, if staffing issue, itâs Saturday night, maybe better planning... finally seated, waitress excellent, food good...

We stopped here last weekend while doing some shopping in the Trails. Needed something to eat before going to the Demolition derby and this fit the bill. We have eaten at the Gig Harbor and Tacoma mall locations so we expected the same. Food was good and reasonably priced, the bartender kept an eye on us since we ate in the bar.

This is the kind of place I could see myself frequenting often. The atmosphere was really welcoming and best of all is the beer and the food. And it is located close to the water in "downtown" Silverdale.

Had a fabulous meal last night at YCB! Had the halibut special- fish cooked perfectly! Side asparagus cooked perfectly! Yummy rice. Nice big glass of wine! Others had fish tacos and a burger-all great! My granddaughter thinks the chicken strips are the best!lol! Our server, Mindi, was great- we were waaaaaaay in the back booth-but she was on top of everything! Great evening!

Driven by this place a million times and finally dropped in for lunch. Nice menu, great waitperson, decent prices, and a little bit of a waterfront view made this a good place to stop. Loved the seasoned fries done just right, plus burger, fish chips, and French dip sandwich all worked out. SIde salad with wife's lunch was a bit small and sad. Also, not fond of pub restaurants with high ceilings - acoustics are such that every sound reverberates again and again and...check your physics notes, practically forever. We liked the seating, and again, our wait person did fine. However, the person who brought our food to the table was another story. She was in a hurry and asked if we need anything else without really meaning it. She turned away before we could answer, but my wife asked for a side salad. She again bolted away without asking if the rest of us needed anything. So...when she returned, we had requests for the dips we'd asked for in the original order, and then as she bolted away again, we called out that we also needed napkins and mustard...and you get the picture. She made us feel like crap because we didn't ask for all this stuff in the same breath. Slow down lady; engage the customer, and never make customers feel like we are a nuisance. I will return to this location because everything else worked out and the food was good (I even bought my brother a gift card,) However, if I get that kind of treatment from the kitchen again, I will definitely ask to visit with the manager.

Back in the day when I first started coming here there Scotch ale was actually named Fat Bastard Scotch ale. During that time they had won two gold medals at the GABF. For whatever licensing reasons they had to change the name to a more boring Fat Scotch ale. I moved away and came back and this was my first chance 13 years later to try that incredible there. So now they have change the name of third time to magnificent bastard scotch Ale. With any name itâs still the best Scottsdale youâve ever had. Unfortunately their best IPA whoop ass is no longer available or served under any other name. Our server Laura was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout the meal. You canât go wrong asking for her. We enjoyed the beet salad, the Diablo pizza and the⦠Our favorite Bavarian chicken. Everything was incredible and if I lived closer I would come here once a week. Come by try their great beers awesome food and say hi to Laura. You canât go wrong.
