We'd seen the business sign along a typical commercial arterial for years but only stopped for dinner after "stumbling" upon the TA review among local restaurants and feeling we'd been overlooking a good place. Boy, were we (and those 5-star reviews) right!! After living 12 years in this locale, we've finally found a restaurant that is worth looking forward to for repeat visits. First, don't be put off by the location in a strip commercial building set back from the street among other businesses typical of uninspired, suburban character. There's also nothing special about the decor in Simon's. What makes this place special is the staff and the food - for those, Simon's is now our "must go to" restaurant in this center of 20K people. In fact, it is at the top of the few places we can recommend near our home.Everyone one from the person who answered my call about reservations to the service staff and cooks was outgoing, friendly and helpful. I'm sure they will all want to know us as we pay repeat visits. Everything was served very fast. Our entrees were delcious and notable for their fresh taste and bright colors. The tastes reminded me of the fresh SE Asian meals I enjoyed in Saigon 40 years ago. The quality, quantity, variety and price contribute to an excellent menu. We could eat there weekly for the rest of our lives and not be disappointed or get bored with dinner. In fact, we look forward to it.
We really like this place. When we want takeout Chinese we order from Wok and Teriyaki. You get plenty of food.

Got chicken katsu which was decent although a bit dry and overcooked. The side order of stir fried vegetables was almost all cabbage...limp, salty, overcooked cabbage that gave both of us âdigestive problemsâ that night. I threw the rest out the next day. Basically, this place seemed to serve cafeteria caliber food.

As a vegan family it is often hard for us to find vegan friendly establishments let alone a restaurant with more than one vegan choice. The staff was very knowledgeable in veganism (not to mention VERY welcoming), the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. We look forward to our next visit!!!

Met a friend here for lunch. Never having been before I tried the sidewalk noodles with chicken... OMG---- delish! My friend, ever the more adventurous one, had the beef tendon pho (she loved it). I would totally go back- would try something else.. just because everything I saw looked fantastic! Service was wonderful, place was busy... always a good sign.

This is a very popular restaurant in Port Orchard they have a large selection including a Mongolian Style wok and sushi bar. I would recommend the lunch as it's about $4 less and almost the same coverages of food but if you're in Port Orchard I don't think you would be disappointed. I eat here frequently, the staff are usually accommodating the food is fresh. Enjoy....

This is our local Sushi place just around the corner, we pass it all the time and have made it our go to place. The Beast Mode Roll is my best. If hungry Ill add a Binto Box or Teriyaki plate. Everything made fresh.

Have been there twice now; once with just wife and again with a group of 16. Had good food and service both times. Even with large group the service was prompt. Have another favorite fish and chips location in Port Orchard (King's) but this place is right up there on par with them. Only dislike here is their french fries. They just have steak fries which I am not fond of because they don't cook up as crispy as regular fries. That is just my druthers, others may like steak fries better. Not a reason to stay away.

You have a panoramic view of the naval shipyard in Bremerton and on clear days the view stretches to the majestic Olympic Mountain range. Service was prompt and friendly. We were there about 4:30 and the restaurant was not busy although several people stopped to pick up food to go.The homemade pork potstickers were excellent. The bbq pork with pineapple was very good. The sweet and sour chicken was good, but had too much sauce for our liking. If we were to order it again we would ask for sauce on the side which would be better for leftovers anyway. You can sub fried rice for the white rice with your meal for $1, but it's not vegetable fried rice - just fried with egg. They serve hot tea with the meal. The fortune cookies were crisp, not stale like some. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The bathroom looked like it could use some freshening up and a fresh coat of paint. It is on the 2nd floor of the building and the entrance is in the back of the building. You'll find good Chinese food in a relaxing environment.

Visited Thai Charlie's at the recommendation of a friend, it was totally worth visiting. We love foreign foods and have found it challenging to find great restaurants that offer any up here. Thai Charlie's was easily one of the best we have found so far. We got Red Curry with Chicken and the Pineapple Fried Rice. It was all fantastic. We will definitely be returning. The place does not look like much from the outside but is a fine place to stop for some excellent Thai food!
