I'll admit, we go to Shari's quite often. Seldom do we miss week. It's our usual breakfast stop Saturday or Sunday, depending on our schedule.Today I learned something well worth knowing. Shari's has begun acknowledging military service by offering a military discount. Thank you, Shari's upper management. I appreciate that and I know my father will as well.I ordered something I don't ever remember ordering before: ham steak, eggs and stuffed hash browns. I didn't expect much but what I received was a large, think portion of boneless ham, eggs, nicely cooked hash browns, rye toast and fresh jam. I was impressed. It was tasty and filling.

Having gone to Sporty's for dinner one evening I thought about checking it out at breakfast. There was quite a bit on the plate. The eggs were cooked properly, the meat decent and coffee unlimited. What cracked me up was this server's shirt, "Shut up liver. You're fine".

The best seafood bisque ever. Sadly it wasn't supposed to be soupy. It was supposed to be seafood fettuccine. First, I'm not normally someone who's likely to order fettuccini al fredo. Most of the restaurants I've worked in were Italian. Usually it bores me. But tonight I wanted seafood and this looked like a good choice.I'll say this, though, the seafood WAS good. Scallops and shrimp were properly cooked. Salmon and halibut were flaky. Even the cocktail shrimp were properly done and not overcooked. It was just the sauce. It was as thin as the cream it was made of. There was not enough reduction. My wife's meal, Friday night prime rib, was nicely done. Problem there? Yup. The darned steak knife was about as sharp as a beachball. Even swapping the knife for the steak knife given with the bread didn't cut it (pardon the pun). After we were eating server lady just picked up my wife's plate and began walking off as I'm trying to get her attention saying, " two to go boxes, please". Eventually she stopped midtracks asking, "Did you want this?" Duh.

The Red Door Café is the best. It is a locally owned and operated café that does great business at lunchtime. I love their chicken, bacon ranch ciabatta sandwich and always leave with an orange-zest cinnamon roll to go. The service is fast and friendly and I love that I am supporting a local business. It is fun to visit the Red Door consignment shop while stopping in for lunch.

Everything you'd expect from an All-American restaurant, and likely more. I had the BBQ Burger (very good burger but the sauce was very blah) with curly fries (standard American curlys) and family members had..., other American dishes. My wife had the Fish and Chips; here is her review: The fish was perfectly prepared, nice and hot when served. Great tasting fries and fresh salad. I chose honey-mustard dressing. All in all, a very tasty mean.If you are visiting Moses Lake, hungry, and agree with the adage of where the truckers and farmers hang out and eat, I highly recommend Bobs.

The outside of the building is quite deceiving. Itâs very plain, but clean. But when you walk in the door, itâs a different story. The lights are dimmed, soft music playing in the background. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The bathrooms are clean. They have booths and tables with big comfy office chairs. I ordered a sirloin with a baked potato. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. The steak was seasoned just right. No sauce needed. It is a little spendy, $20 for a 8 oz steak but itâs well worth it! I will definitely go back when Iâm in the area again. Hey Jess! Thank you for giving a great all-around review of your experience at Porterhouse Steakhouse. We're glad that you were able to enjoy your meal with us and we look forward to hosting you again whenever you're in Moses Lake again.

Every time we've visited the food and staff have been terrific, from appetizers to entrees I doubt there is anything you choose that won't be very satisfying

New face, same place! We are still the Michael's on the Lake that everyone has grown to love. Come and enjoy your favorite items and see our new exterior in the process.
So few menu choices, expensive, and very SLOW service for a weeknight. The food was just OK. They were out of fish and chips even! We had a table by the window, but they wouldn't raise the blind when we asked them to. They told us the blinds all had to be up, or they all had to be down. Because the people at the table next to us, wanted the blinds to be down, everyone else seated by the windows lost their view of the lake. We won't return to this place. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We do greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know so we can be sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Have a wonderful weekend and we hope to see you again.

Great food, good options, fun environment... but horrible set up/ order and wait station. It is inconvenient and doesnât fit the scene at all. Organization would help this be a 5 and cut down on the long wait time. I love there food so Iâll just go during non peek hours. Thank you for letting us know about your visit. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to make things flow a little easier for everyone. Have a great day and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
