I've eaten here many times and while the overall atmosphere of the place is in serious need of a facelift and updating, the bottom line is that the food is great for breakfast (Only time I've ever eaten there) and value is good. Love their bakery products too.

Was excited to have great seafood options at the airport and so apparently a lot of other people:) With 45 minutes to spare before boarding I ordered a Poke Bowl. I thought the flavor was good, although nothing outstanding. I do think that 30 minutes was a lot of time to wait for a dish that required no cooking. Especially, That sitting at the kitchen bar, I saw my plate standing in the kitchen window for at least 10 minutes before being served to me. All this time, the manager walking by at a rather relaxed pace while the rest of the employees were running around busy and not making any effort to do anything about it. Think it can be managed a lot better

We truly enjoyed our 1/4 lb Nathanâs hot dogs with chili and cheese! Really great buns and 12 types of mustard (including Cranberry Mustard and Honey Mustard) plus a great selection of beers, both domestic and international, and sodas. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and youâll enjoy people watching while eating outside!

My kids love the breakfast options and i find the staff and food quite welcoming, particularly when you sit at the comfortable bar seats. Always a staple when I'm traveling through SeaTax.

Not much more to say.Wanted a hamburger to go, $10 +tax. Front greeter thought the kitchen would cook it my way, but they wouldn't. Switched to chicken burger and duty manager comp'd the extra cost.It was good. Cooked, but not dried out. Fries and slaw good.

This was a short walk from our hotel and a very pleasant surprise. The food was really great and service was fast. It is a little on the expensive side but it was worth it. They also have a 4% Cooks Commission (tip) added to the bill. You can opt out of this if you want to but the cooks did a great job on our meal so we paid it.

The service is lovely, the room very nice, but most of the dishes we ordered disappointed. The very best bite was the black and blue steak salad. The kale Ceaser was pretty good but the high price to add a protein was unnecessary. Both the mains we ordered were small for the price, and most annoying of all, everything, even the pasta, arrived room temperature. We like our food hot. Weâd go back for a nice salad or burger, but skip the expensive mains. Hello Rosetwig,While it's wonderful to know our team took excellent care of you and that you enjoyed the beauty and ambiance of our restaurant, we're truly sorry our dishes missed the mark. We want every meal with us to wow so we're carefully reviewing your feedback with our chef. Please rest assured we'll be working diligently towards wowing when you next visit; we're looking forward to welcoming you back for a five-star experience.

The friendliest beachfront restaurant serving Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain views, fabulous fresh award-winning Northwest seafood, prime USDA steaks, beachburgers and sandwiches. Great drinks and martinis. Waterfront deck dining. Live entertainment. Aw
Most of the seafood restaurants in Des Moines area have mixed reviews and nothing really stood out although Saltys in terms of location looked impressionableWe were staying closeby near Seatac Airport and there was little else apart from those with a carnivorous appetite The restaurant in fact is very atmospheric and cosyAgain it always surprises me when you are on the Pacific Coast and apart from the oysters the seafood is frozen possibly fresh frozenThe calamari I admit was the real thing â patagonian tubes and not squid â great flavour but far too much batter which in some ways overwhelmed the flavourThe oysters as I discovered on west coast are miiniscule and with little flavour as was the case hereThe seafood casserole was hugely disappointing and again predominantly salmon rather than a equal mix with scallops and cod But the worst scenario was our friend who specially requested halibut to be cooked lightly but finished up dry and tethered and suspected it was not fresh as assured but frozen. At US$42 plus taxes and services this was unacceptable.Would not return or recommend this restaurant even though service was personable

We wanted to try something different than the breaded cod we ate at home and the combo platter satisfied that idea. We started with a bowl of hot, flavorful clam chowder ~ definitely some of the best I have tasted. Our combo platter ~ big enough to share after the chowder ~ arrive hot and fresh. Where to start ~ well there were clam strips, prawns, scallops, cod planks, and halibut (the food I wanted to try the most and liked the least). Add to that fries and cole slaw and your sample of various fish is complete. The food items were delicious and not grease soaked. Their menu lists a lot of interesting items that I will try if we ever get back to Des Moines WASHINGTON
