Breaky, brunch or simply toast and coffee, thereâs a range of awesome tasting healthy food options to choose from. This visit I can only personally vouch for the Sweet Potato fritters (with perfect poached eggs) and the Buckwheat Pancakes (relatively light and pleasingly filling). But I will be back to taste taste others!Good coffee too, from Pablo & Rustyâs reliable stable. Attentive service, pleasant fit out, and interesting healthy/tasty ingredients to take home too. Girdlers cafe is located inside Warringah Mall in the open air section upstairs. Iâve visited Girdlers numerous times as I love their Morning Bliss granola & yoghurt dish which is delicious. The coffee âï¸ is pretty good too. Iâve always enjoyed their friendly attentive service .

We visited this place on s sunday morning, 9 oâclock, didnât expect anything to be open at that time. But luckily we found InSitu, serving a good coffee and a nice breakfast. Huge fruitsalad and yoghurt, and a good salmon sandwich.

Was taken by my daughter and granddaughter. I loved the position overlooking Dee Why Beach. This is certainly the home of healthy eating and it is worth checking the menu before your visit. You can feel the food and drinks doing you good. I personally found the offerings a little unexcitiing but maybe that is the hedonist in me. The helpings were generous and we even asked for a takeaway bag.
