A delightful dinner with old friends during our short return to Waterloo -the menu is Italian but with a wide selection including the daily specials to cover most tastes.The food is beautifully cooked -my asparagus was just heaven while the prawns wrapped in bacon definitely hit the spot.The lamb special was fine but I expected more but the veal dishes were excellent. I have been here a few times and it's always good. Never rushed but served at the right time and the food is brilliant. If you want somewhere pretentious this is not the place to go, it's honest Greek food cooked well. I think one of the marks of a good restaurant is consistency and every time I have been the dishes are cooked just the same. The ambience is what really makes it though, you will have a good night out with your friends and family.

A well hidden place worth discovering. Quite small so advance booking is highly advisable. Lovely terrace. Real homemade pasta made of quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Friendly service, English menu, waiters actually speak fairly good English. Reasonable prices.

This restaurant has a special atmosphere with due to its somehow medieval Italian decoration.The choice on the menu is rather limited, but to me it means everything should be very fresh, and it was so thatâs good!The meals were very tasteful and the chef has eye for decoration of the plates. Also the service was good.Maybe a little on the expensive side for the relatively small portions⦠but hey.. cost is also relative..

Whilst this is close to a very popular tourist monument the restaurant is family run and prides itself on good food for the price. It can be very busy with many families including young children enjoying good Italian food. It is not an excellent example of Italian food but it is good and the staff, mostly family, are friendly and attentive even if they are rather rushed.

This place was such an amazing find!!! We were tired of the St tropez scene where you pay top dollar for crap food. Moroccon is not for the unadventurous. We had tagine and couscous. It was sucha nice change! Great people watching. The place filled up really quickly and reservations are a must.

The food was good simple no chi chi service very friendly, great value for money,in a region that's not known for reasonable prices great place to go with friends or even a romantic evening for 2, fantastic place to eat on a warm summer evening wine is very reasonable it's not grand cuisine just good food from pizzas to pasta it is advisable to book in advance.

We've been here a few times before and we came back again in January for a weekday dine out. We've had good memories about this restaurant from past visit and we were happy to receive the same good service and excellent Italian food and good wines too. Two of the bottles we ordered from the list were no longer available so they proposed us a good bottle at the price (which was lower) of the one that run out. The Italian waiter gives it a nice added twist.

The menu is varied and not just pasta although they do that extremely well! There is a large selection of dishes and all those I've sampled have always been well cooked and very tasty including some excellent combinations of ingredients. I went here simply to try the number one rated restaurant in Waterloo.I was initially worried as the entrance via a nondescript car park doesn't make it look too appealing, but inside it's nice.The staff were friendly and the food was good, but in all honesty, I can't say that this is the best restaurant in Waterloo - it's good, but not the best!Some other little things, I was regularly ignored when trying to order dessert, and it took me some time to order it.Worth a try though.
