Shirahama airport is small by any standard, three or flights a day to Haneda. So it was surprising that the food at the Sky Adventrue was as good as it was. The service was excellent, too. A very pleasant surprise.

All the restaurants here are average, though convenient as they are in the park. Don`t expect anything special, of high quality. But, it is ok quality. Out of the park, this area is full of great sea food restaurants and hotels with great spot springs. So, do spend a couple of days in the area. Also the World Heritage sites of Kuma no Kodo is close by, if you can rent a car. Highly recommended addition to your trip. For more, refer to "hiddenjapanguide".

The restaurant was clean staff welcoming good choice of food well cooked had curry, rice done to look like a panda . Choice of drinks available soft drinks tea coffee etc. did not have to wait long for food to be served . Toilets clean had English style.

We had lunch & some beers here. We liked the beers so we bought some to take home with us They also sell hats, t-shirts & other small souvenirs. The restaurant may be open only during high season. Confirm before going.
