Wahiawa (Hawaiian: Wahiawā) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Honolulu County, Hawaii, United States, on the island of Oahu. It is located in the Wahiawa District, on the plateau or "central valley" between the two volcanic mountains that comprise the island. In Hawaiian, wahi a wā means "place of noise", perhaps a reference to the fact that heavy surf on the North Shore could be heard from here, or to the sounds of the ancient military training exercises conducted on these plains. The population was 17,821 at the 2010 census.

100% Fresh All-Natural Chicken.
This place was conveniently close to Dole Plantation. The prices are reasonable and the chicken was good. It's a small place, so seating is very limited. There's a very small lot around the corner for parking.

This is a great place to stop by on your way to Dole plantation or to the North shore! Great coffee, and you can also buy ground coffee beans for gifts and souvenirs. They don't carry Kona coffee but carries many different types of coffees grown in different regions. Blends of different beans and flavoured coffee also available for small portion at affordable prices. I brought home few small packages of different flavors and they taste great. They also have a cute mini coffee farm in the backyard.

Handcrafted Hawaiian Lemonades
Yum! I bought the Pina Colada Lemonade 24 oz for $5.75 and added the Mason Jar for $5.00. It was so refreshing on a hot day. The Mason Jar is solid! It was great to store and pack all my small fragile souvenirs in my luggage. I've reused the jar a few times already.

Having recently moved to this area, I was excited to try the saimin for the first time. It was fantastic. My husband is not adventurous, so we was happy that he could order a burger. He raved about the burger and is happy to return with me so I can get my noodle fix. The prices are very reasonable and a great value. Also, our waitress and all the staff were very friendly and happy to answer all questions we had. We will definitely return again and will tell our friends about our good experience here!!!

A must stop visit... small bakery with house made bread to create tasty sandwiches and great smoothies. I have been coming here for the past 6 years... family owned, super friendly with great service and consistency. Nothing fancy but a great surf style hangout... always great to visit!

I'm sure the business didn't start out this way. I remember going here when I was young with my grandparents. We would get stick donuts and have to get up early because they would sell out and close. I recently saw they were open in the early evening and stopped in to reminisce as well as pick up some of those stick donuts for my kids. I was shocked when I spent over $20 for a couple of items, and appalled when we ate them at home and they were stale and old. The family has not kept up the tradition of great baked goods at reasonable prices as they were when I was young. So sorry to see businesses get run into the ground by children and grandchildren and even great grandchildren who didn't have to work hard and get dirt under their nails to make a place great. It's unfortunate, but so many of these second, third generation places go belly up because of this. It will be a sad day to see you close kilani bakery.

Great laid back place to hang out and have a wonderful cup of coffee or tea. Love the inspiration behind this place too. The walls are full of Surfer memorabilia. They also give to charity part of their profit and I'm all for giving back. The area is a little rough but it's changing because of new comers like this.

This has been a North Shore establishment for 30 plus years. The coffee is good, smooth and not burnt. They offer all the varieties of hot and cold coffee choices, as well as smoothies, steamers, juices, etc. They also offer breakfast and lunch food menu.

This is where we go when we simply want to have something that is good, inexpensive, and of high quality. Today was a Zipppy's Ommelet day and it was excellent. When you cancel out the two scoops of white rice and substitute fried rice for $.80 extra, you have an excellent breakfast. The coffee is also some of the best around. This place ALWAYS gets my vote when I just don't want any surprises or disappointments. Semper fi, Paul
