Me and my family we control this camp it's in the middle of the desert we offer comfortable tents for staying and bedouin meals and we offer all the activities in the desert
Abdullah is one of the best hosts I have ever come across. We had an amazing stay where we felt like we were part of his family. The camp is located in one of the most picturesque places in the world and the tour through the desert is fantastic. Having travelled a lot and visited many places, I can honestly say this camp and tour is one of my favourite experiences of my life! From drinking tea with his uncle to listening to music by the fire as we sat underneath the stars, abdullah has created a magical space. Thank you and Shukran!

Come and enjoy the spirit and beauty of the traditional Bedouin lifestyle in our desert camp. Located in Wadi Rum, approx. 6km from Rum Village. The camp is a family-run business, operated by one of the oldest Bedouin families in Wadi Rum. Desert Bird Camp features 10 sleeping tents with double, triple and quadruple options, as well as a large tent for socializing, relaxing and enjoying your meals. We serve breakfast and dinner (addition costs may apply) and offer traditional tea and complimentary bottled water. Free WiFi is offered. Our camp also features Western-style bathrooms and showers. We look forward to welcoming you to the tranquility of the Wadi Rum desert, introducing you to Bedouin culture and showing you the incredible sights that we call home.
They took care of everything, were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Kissed a camel, had a beautiful tour with a desert lunch and plenty of water. All the bedouin we met are very funny and love a good joke. Would highly recommend.

The room was vey spacious with a king bed and a nice seating area. The bathroom (toilet & shower) are behind a panel that holds the sink. The AC worked well except it was directly over the bed blowing cold air on your head. I slept with my head where my feet should have been. The shower water was hot and that was appreciated but it was a goofy shower stall that would NOT have fit a large man/woman with the door closed. Tall and thin, you are in! Don’t expect to see much either through the roof or out the front windows because the plastic distorts any view as does the dust from the desert. The real treat is to go outside on the deck but that would be too hot during the day, so evening, night and morning is best. There is an open air shuttle truck that takes you from the main road to the hotel and back. It is on the side of the road that is less crowded with camp rooms which was nice. Definitely something different and I’m glad I went.

Enjoy the desert life with Wadi Rum Bedouin Tours With a Camp. We offer a variety of tours that you can choose from and over night, you will be able to sleep in our camp under the stars, an experience that is unique to this place. We hope to see you soon here and show you our Bedouin culture.
We had a great time with Salameh!! We had a two days trip with one night in the camp. Everything was perfect: Salameh and his brothers and friends are really nice and good professionnals ! They made us discover best spots of the desert but also less touristic ones. We had lunch among the camels, chicha underthe stars and a tipical dinner ! Do not hesitate to book!!!

We stayed at the Bubble Luxotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Apparently most people only come for 2 nights but that's not enough in our opinion. The Bubble Luxotel and UFO Luxotel use the same reception and restaurant in the middle so it's easy to move between the two properties if you can't get enough availability in either property. The bubble rooms are awesome. The view is fantastic and so many comparisons to Mars are made. You can lie on the bed at night and watch the stars above. We saw 3 shooting stars. The French fortress can be seen from your bubble and the big rock about 7km in the distance (with the sparrow shaped rock in the middle on the top) just demands exploring. In Jordan, things don't always work perfectly and this place is very remote so you have to expect some issues. The staff were always very friendly and did their best to ensure we really enjoyed our stay. Day 1: We arrived at 2pm and after checking in had lunch. After lunch we walked to the French Fortress (about 20 minutes each way). You can also take a camel. Dinner is a buffet and there is a good selection. Day 2: After breakfast we booked through the hotel for a 10am start on a 3 hour jeep tour. The price is a very reasonable JOD 50 for 3 hours but we actually ended up getting 4 hours so we tipped an extra JOD 20. We saw the big sights in the southern Wadi Rum area and really enjoyed it. On return we had lunch in the restaurant again. After lunch we went for a walk past the UFO Luxotel and around the corner. The scenery is spectacular. Day 3: After breakfast we walked straight ahead in the direction of the path from reception to the car park to the big rock in the distance with the sparrow rock on top (7km each way). In the evening we did the fun stargazing... Orions belt and shooting stars Day 4: Hike of 25km to the 3 Rock bridges in the north west direction. Amazing scenery, just amazing. Things we disliked: Bubble 201 is very near reception but you hear the evening music so we asked to move and they immediately moved us to Bubble 221 at the far end at the front so that was good. The jacuzzi in Bubble 201 was nice and hot but Bubble 221 only got to 31 celsius which was a touch chilly in December (although that would be fine in summer) There is no fruit salad available at breakfast but we quickly realised that bananas were available at the dinner buffet so we took these to breakfast the following morning

Wadi Rum Magic Nature Camp is a camp in the Wadi Rum Desert which also offers tours and activities around Wadi Rum.
I had a great time staying here with Rashed and his brothers. He welcomed me and was very communicative before the trip as well. I would recommend this place to all people heading this way. I did the subset tour and half day jeep tour which was very well done! Wadi rum was an amazing place and will definitely come back as 1 night wasn't enough.

Ripartirei domani!!!!
