SATORI CAFE BAR - STERLITAMAK-a nice little sushi cafe, close to Vostok Hotel and a couple of small parks-pleasant decor and atmosphere-varied menu and very good food-efficient service-the dining room is always full-which is a good sign-caution-Satori is a cafe in a regional Russian City and menu is not in English-but of course the pictures help!-Waitress-Gulnara-a recent university graduate speaks very good English and became my 'dedicated' server during a couple of visits in the early summer!-Highly Recommended !!

I can't say this was the best experience of "japanese" cousine, however food was okay, comparing to other places in Ufa,Appreciated choice of cold drinks.Experience was ruined by dessert, which was ordered in the very beginning of the meal, however was not ready even after 20 minutes after meal came to an end.Waiter's reply was that it always takes much time to prepare desserts. Of course, no apologize, no nothing. Thus a hint: do not order desserts at all:)

Food is good, (though the pumpkin soup was lukewarm,) and plated nicely. We ordered two drinks, and 7 food items. Each thing came out separately, and one food item never came. A manager came out at least 10 minutes after everything else was gone to say it would not be coming. We did not understand why, but we thought we should've been told much sooner.

Not bad but food needs to improve. I had octopus and it was very dry. Caesar salad was the same with the chicken. Chicken wings been perfect. Waiter and staff are friendly and quick.
