Things to do in Panay Island

In our 80-seat, all bamboo restaurant, we introduce you to Antiqueño cuisine. Our menu changes daily, based on the harvests from our organic garden and farms nearby. We invite the adventurous and open minded eater to dine with us, to experience new flavor
Coming here felt like coming home. Their meals are so simple yet exquisitely done and extremely flavorful. Who knew you can whip up something gourmet with just a handful of backyard vegetables without using sophisticated spices. Ken, the Chef and Owner, and his salad and side dish recipes made me appreciate the rich taste of coconut oil as vinaigrette mixed with local vegetables. We had to order some of the meals twice because it's just that good. Also, I will not forget the dessert they served us. It's one of the best healthy desserts I could eat and eat all over again. If I got it right, it's a mixed of overripe "lakatan" bananas, topped with thick coconut milk sauce, homemade berry jam, and garnished with toasted coconut milk curds. Few ingredients and still very flavorful. Just sharing here the dishes that I remember by taste makes me salivate! Ughhh. Before I stop functioning here trying to relive those food moments, let me tell you how good they prepare their fishes. You will forget pork and beef. That's it. Do me a favor, have your breakfast, lunch and dinner here in order to fully understand the whole experience. So far, this is the real and authentic "sustainable, and locally sourced" concept in the food and beverage industry in the Philippines. Everything is affordable and so fresh. I can't wait to be back and try their other dishes.
