Lured by the only band playing on the beach at dinnertime. The food was common beachfood grilled beside the beach. It's a great experience but they could add more salt and pepper for better taste.Cocktails are a disaster. It's all watered down, almost no alcohol in it.

We stopped here because they had very reasonable beer prices. My wife had spaghetti carbonera which was very nice & tasty but my crispy noodles were overcooked & too crispy, hardly absorbed the sauce. Later, same day, with friends had pork spring rolls & they were oversalted & overcooked, almost burnt. Not sure what was going on but after that, only came back for drinks. While there did see crispy noodles on another table & they looked like they were cooked properly, assume a different chef. The service was friendly & they were busy most of the time. You could stop for a beverage & watch what comes out, then decide if you want to order food.

This place was right round the corner from the beach so great location for a good meal before drinkable along the beach. Th food was really tasty. Iâd recommend the red Thai curry with the prawns! The staff were very friendly and there were regualars who obviously love the place!August 2019We appreciate you taking the time to complete a survey regarding your recent stay with us. On behalf of our entire staff here at garlic 'n lemon bistro panglao we would like to thank you for comming and we hope to see you again when your travels bring you back to the area! Sincerely, Werner rytz (jun-jun)
Fresh homemade pasta, brick oven pizza, Asian dishes and homemade burgers. An Italian style coffee shop for beautiful breakfasts and special drinks as cocktails with fresh fruit and craft beers plus an Italian wines selection.
Very low key atmosphere, just as the Philippines should be, but wonderful food, both local and their Italian specials! Vanessa is a great lady, and even a greater cook. She was trained at an upscale resort restaurant in Italy. And it shows.Do yourself a favor and enjoy great food at really good prices. They have lots of space so you can either sit with the tourists or have a nice quiet place to enjoy your food of to one side.I will probably never make it back there, but if I do, I will certainly go and have another wonderful meal. Thanks so much for your review.

Many of those who visit beach resorts in Panglao want to tuck into a plate of fresh seafood, but itâs a tough dish to get right. One place that does is Oceanica Seafood Restaurant. Grilled seafood with herb and scallion sauce is the star of the menu. A la
Not a review of the food as I didn't get past security gate. I was stopped and said I wanted to go to restaurant, OK. I was told I cannot use the pool, or the gym or the beach or any hotel facility . OK I said, I want to eat at the restaurant. Give me your passport and you can come in. If that is how they treat outside guests then they need some improvements.

We came here twice while staying in Pangloa we loved it so much. The sunsets and low tides were beautiful here. Great wine menu and food. They were missing a few ingredients so we couldn't get everything, but I think that more speaks to how fresh everything is and the risk that comes with getting fruit and veg according to seasonaility. Would definitely recommend!Greetings!Fantastic review! Thank you very much Alison B for the positive review and for giving us a 5 star rating. Thank you for detailing your experience. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our services and for recommending us to other travelers. Again, thank you very much for sharing with us your experience. The critically acclaimed Saffron Restaurant at Amorita Resort is inspired by the seasons and specialties in Bohol. The all-day menu, developed by Chef Raphael Ongchiong, emphasizes freshness, clarity of ingredients, and local availability. Saffron offers
Whilst reviewing Amorita as an overall resort, one of the major "CONS" that we wrote down was Saffron Restaurant and I am extremely confused how other guests liked this restaurant. My husband and I are foodies and my husband actually works in the restaurant business. We ate here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each and every single meal time, we were left disappointed. Buffets in the morning were so bland, it was mind-boggling. And then, every item we ordered on the menu for lunch and dinner, every single dish was overly seasoned, and others swimming in sauce and bordering on being sweet--which was very concerning to me because I am watching my sugar intake but even dishes that aren't supposed to be sweet, tasted sweet. To be more specific, here are the food items we ordered besides the breakfast buffet: We got the Gado Gado Salad -- the sauce was TOO SWEET. We also got the Poke Bowl -- not only was it bad, the sesame sauce was also TOO SWEET. We got the Shrimp Sandwich -- and surprise, surprise, it was TOO SWEET. We also got the Chopsuey -- it was swimming in over seasoned sauce, completely overpowering the vegetables that we couldn't finish it. Got the Pinabusog na Pusit -- SUPER BLAND. Finally we got the Longganisa & Bree Pizza, SUPER BLAND --we couldn't understand why the pizza in Saffron does not have the same quality as pizza in Azotea. Like, why? Finally we discovered Tomar and Azotea, and ate there instead.Hi Kai111!Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry to hear that your exprerience did not meet your expectations. Although inexcusable, you caught us in the middle of updating our menu. Nevertheless, we would want to express our gratitude for this feedback as this can definitely help us improve our standards. We will forward your review to the F&B team for further adjustments. Thank you so much for this review and we hope to welcome you at Saffron again with its updated and improved menu.

With panoramic views of the Bohol Sea our signature restaurant Paprika offers travelers a world class experience. Located on the waters edge, guests can dine from the comfort of air-conditioned sea view rooms or the open air veranda.
We had been to the Tarsier Botanika several years ago and really enjoyed having lunch on the terrace overlooking the ocean and soaking up the atmosphere of the place. The resort has now changed ownership and has become the Donatela Resort but the restaurant, Paprika, is still in the same place and is still serving wonderful food in a gorgeous oceanside setting. We took the shuttle from Alona Beach and arrived about 2 o'clock so were virtually the only people having lunch at the restaurant We sat outside on the terrace, overlooking the gardens and the sea and enjoyed the total peace and quiet. How nice it is to go for a meal somewhere these days and not have music being played in the background! The service was excellent, the young lady who waited on us was charming and helpful and took our order promptly. We ordered a green salad and a Club sandwich to share and both were very large portions, so ideal for two people. The salad was delicious, fresh greens and a variety of other vegetables in a wonderful dressing. The Club sandwich too was excellent and was served with a very generous helping of French fries, so by the time we finished lunch we were definitely full. The bill for everything came to just over PHP 800 which nowadays, is quite a bargain wherever you are in the world! If you are in the area, treat yourself to lunch or dinner at Paprika!
