We craved for Japanese food and went to Nonki across Radisson Blu Hotel. We ordered a lot and I mean a lot because we wanted to try as many of the items in the menu as possible. We ordered the tonkatsu (tender but crisp on the outside!), ebi tempura (not so great), spicy tuna sashimi (good for price), sashimi platter, mango unagi roll (a big letdown), miso soup, cold green soba (the usual), donburi (wiped out by my friend) Prices were reasonable (I'd even say quite cheap). Service could add some speed though. Place a bit tight and could do a little more cleaning. But will be back when in Cebu.

This is not your typical Japanese restaurant. Though you could describe it as a hole in the wall type of outlet, I was impressed by the simplicity of the place. The fact that there were a lot of Japanese eating there also reinforced my positive vibes of the place. Our host took the cudgels in ordering the food. The beef was tender and tasty. The Japanese rice was a perfect compliment to the meat and fish. We downed it with some Japanese sake. Perfect!

The Largest Yakiniku Buffet Restaurant in Cebu. Hotel Ambience. All-You Can-Eat. Smokeless Grill. Asian Fusion. Sushi. Over 200+ seating capacity. The first to introduce MOOKATA - a Thai inspired combination of BBQ and Shabu-shabu.
We're frequently visiting this buffet when craving for some sushi, they have the best choices of Maki and fresh fish here. However after few times we noticed that the menu was never changed or improved. The signature maki are their worst, and except if you want to have sushi or grill, there is the same usual Filipino food as everywhere.

We booked 70 people more or less for an event. We just noticed how disorganized their procedure can be.They should let guests write their names prior to entering the establishment or whatsoever to avoid any mixed up with other people who are dining there since it's a public restaurant.
