Had a typical Filipino lunch here with friends: chicken, pork, vegetables and seafood like green caviar seaweed salad and agar salad in vinegar. We dined in an air-conditioned function room, good ambiance, good service and reasonable price. I would recommend this place for visitors looking for a decent Filipino or Visayan meal.

We were in Ormoc for the first time, for a needed visit to Ford Ormoc. The Good:Excellent selection of fresh seafood to choose from, with a few meats, and vegetables to match. Seafront location. Choice of open air or aircon dining. Fast and friendly table service. Reasonable prices. The Bad:Not much really. Tinniest scallops ever! The Ugly:No wines available.Tip:A busy place that coses at 10pm, so go early.-- end -

We went to the place 2 days prior to book our dinner as we had a big group coming. When we arrived on the night, they did not have our booking. We were lucky we had come early and there were two tables available that could be joined together for us.The mango shakes that came out were very inconsistent. Some were nice and thick whilst others had too much milk or were watery. One of the things I enjoyed about this place in the past was being able to choose the raw food from sight and then having them cook it up. They still had that service but only for take away; so we were left to choose from a menu, many of the items we ordered were to available.I have been here on 3 previous visits to Ormoc; I left disappointed :(

The venue looks good from the outside, with plentiful parking, and indeed is warehouse like... though purpose built.Tables are robust and designed for groups of 6 or more, with benches. Food is delivered on noisy carts and tge whoke pkacd erhots when the blender is run for shakes. So, leave the romance at the door and bring your party hat. That said, the place was largely empty on this Tuesday evening, so relatively quiet. There was a fair selection of shellfish and fish. Vegetables were limited and of poor quality (not likely what the creators envisaged).Service was friendly and efficient (the place was not busy, remember?). Bill Out was quick, problem free, with no service charge. Pricey at PHP1500 for 2-pax, with one beer each.Tip: carefully instruct about courses if you wish your food to be served hotOur choices and comments...One Dozen Baked Leyte Scallops with cheese, garlic, lemon and butter- tender, delicious- not hot enough when servedGrilled Prawns with shell on- fresh, perfectly cookedStir Fried mixed vegetables with Oyster Sauce- not overcooked, delicious sauceSteamed Lapu-Lapu fish with head & tail on- beautifully cooked, fresh and tender- used the vegetable sauce for extra flavourSteamed rice- good-- end --

Visited Rafael Farms when bonding with my Wife and many In-laws. The scenery is absolutely magnificent and the food matches. Seems like we drove for a while past rice fields and just rural scenery, but then, when you turn into Rafael Farms, you suddenly find a well manicured resort.

This is a go to place for late night caps. Food is reasonably priced and taste is spot on. Nothing extraordinary but no misses either.

I instantly fell in love with the decor, and when I saw the menu, felt like I was one of them, who wrote it down! The food is great, rice comes in a heart shape.... With beautiful flowers outside, and beautiful decor, it sure is a place for girlfriends, or lovers. I thought, if a heartbroken person goes there, it may make her cry more...
