Got a passion for service?Live near Henrico?Got some spare time in the evenings?Get yourself down to Outback Steakhouse - they're hiring. We noticed this as the service wasn't up to much. Plenty of staff to tell you your drinks are coming but no one to actually serve them. And the specials you may see on the website - don't expect to see them - they're unavailable. On the plus side the kitchen staff are turning out good steaks and sides

We always enjoy dining here. Our waiter, Gene, was very attentive and professional. Food/filets were cooked to perfection for both of us. Sides and Caesar salad were very tasty, and creme brûlée was fantastic. The wine was perfect for our entree, so everything was spot on for our celebration. Left the restaurant very satisfied in every way!

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margar
This restaurant location choice was a huge disappointment for me and my family today, 27April and we would not recommend this location as a result. If food quality, consistentcy, and service suffers when they get busy, why not choose another restaurant who might appreciate the business. We went out of our way to find this location 11.1 miles away from where we are staying at the hotel. We arrived and discovered that the school function was the same night. Our table wait to be seated was about 26 actual minutes place was pretty packed. We were taken to our table with a bread basket but no cinnamon butter for the rolls. We ordered our drinks and advised the server that we were ready to order our food upon her return. We had to ask for the peanut butter buckets instead of them being offered to us by the server. It took even longer than we expected to get our food. Upon arrival, the food was not appealing. The broccoli was very over cooked and just mildly warm... like it was just sitting. My steak was just okay and seemed mildly cool and not hotter like I get it otherwise. My son received his pulled pork dinner and immediately said this doesn't taste right and they forgot to include his double fries. The server did bring the second portion of French fries and pulled pork sauce. The baked potato had not been prepared with the rock salt and wasn't hot enough to melt the butter! It was a small potato pushed to appear bigger, but I wasn't fooled. My son said it still didn't taste right. Maybe we had been spoiled by other Texas Roadhouse locations, but the meals weren't visually appealing or tasty to us. We won't pay for crap food left over luke warm food and minimal services.

Longhorn Steakhouse is my "go-to" moderately-priced steakhouse when I'm on the road, and this one in Glen Allen was no exception.Prompt and friendly service at the bar, perfectly-prepared, seasoned, and hot steak with tasty side of broccoli, and a fresh salad - my "usual" - all served just right. In recent weeks, I've had to try steaks at 99 and Outback while visiting areas with no Longhorn, and they're just not as good. My only complaint is that Longhorn is very inconsistent with their loyalty program, and it seems that half the restaurants "don't participate," according to the bartender. Time to make it a chain-wide program.A solid call for dinner, and I'll be back on future trips through the area!

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
We dined there for our sons graduation from a local College. Glad we did! Restaurant was very upscale and service was impeccable. Servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. The meats had excellent flavor and the sides were just as exceptionally prepared. Awaiting another reason to celebrate so we can return...

Hondos is Richmond's prime destination for great steak. Hondos features a variety of perfectly aged cuts, broiled to your request and served sizzling. The menu features three different cuts of filet mignon, a cowboy rib-eye and a 24oz porterhouse. Hondos
Hondos has quite an extensive menu (including fish) and offers interesting sales/side dishes as well. The interior is somewhat and decor is dated, but it is roomy and the lighting is cozy. We tremendously enjoyed their steak and a fish special (the ribs were nothing to 'write home about'. Service could be better. A bit high priced for the overall experience, but the food will not disappoint.$$$$
