Previously known as Cooking & Company is one of a kind restaurant serving Mediterranean food complimented by Persian cuisine. Our menu also has options for our celiac allergy, vegetarian and vegan customers. Our food is free from "MSG" and other additives
This location has finally found a good restaurant. The flavors are good, we liked the kabobs and rice quality was good. The bread was dry. Service was friendly although didn't check up on us soon enough.

Create flavorful grain bowls, salads, and pitas and pair with house-made juices and other local treats.
I had tried other Cava Mezzo shops (Mosaic area, Arlington) and stopped in here because I thought it would be reliably good for lunch. My meal was just so-so. The servers behind the serving stations seemed distracted and I had to repeat my soup order a couple times because the server seemed to be expecting me to say "and" "bowl" or "wrap." I ordered the special soup- Mediterranean Minestrone, and I was surprised that it was pretty tasteless- mostly rice with some tomato pieces- not a minestrone at all. I also ordered tzatziki and pita bread, which were good but I ended up making these my main meal because the soup wasn't good enough to eat more than a couple bites. The other thing about this restaurant is that it had that "off" cafeteria odor and appearance of tables and surfaces not being terribly clean.Based on my one experience here, I'm not sure I'll try it again any time soon since there are other places in the area where I've had a more satisfying lunch experience.

Located on the lower level of Fair Oaks Mall across from the Children's Science Center, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill offers a variety of healthy dining options for a reasonable price. You select your meal at the counter and friendly, informative servers create your entree. You choose a base for your meal either a grain, greens or a combination of both (as I did) and then select a protein - chicken (two styles), beef, lamb or falafel, and continue with numerous toppings of fresh vegetables, marinated vegetables, hummus and cheeses. The servers were extremely generous with the portions and kept asking if we wanted to try more toppings. The food was flavorful, fresh and the size of the entree could have fed two people. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and provides food to go, also. As a person with gluten sensitivity, I greatly appreciated the very detailed list of all the gluten free options available to me.

This restaurant offers a very Americanized menu. Shawarma sandwich has dill pickles, there is "Lebanese" pizza (on pita bread instead of pizza dough). Menu items are strictly the most common Lebanese dishes. That said, the food is very good and service is excellent. House hummus is worth trying.

The people here are very nice. Your food will come out quickly...mostly because it is already prepared. We did not care for the quality of the food here and felt the prices were very high for what seemed like cheap food. Maybe we got the wrong items but it just wasnât anything special. Much better Mediterranean out there.

Wife said "I need something now!" I did a quick search and found Cava was right around the corner from where we were. Mediterranean is always a good pick when she is hungry. The soup and mini pita hit the spot.
