Basic Pho, without a lot of pizzaz but boy is it good. Vegetables are fresh. Beef is tender and there's lots of it. The broth is as good as it gets. Bring your cash or ATM card 'cuz they only take cash. Be prepared for broken English, but even if you end up with something unexpected its very good. I show up there a few times a year when I need my pho fix. I can't say enough good about this place.

I have hesitated to write this review for a while because I just have not had a good meal at Panera. It is convenient so my coworkers go there a lot and I occasionally tag along, but very reluctantly lately. My most recent visit my sandwich was burned. The service is spotty as the staff is generally disinterested. I cannot recommend the Panera at Reston Town Center.

I have been placing large orders for lunch for our team at work with a new place daily. I placed our order online for about 12 people I believe. All the food was correct, it was ready on time and the staff was polite. The only issue I had was one person ordered a cup of chili and that was their lunch but it was only half full. That is unacceptable. Because everything is packaged, I didn't notice at the restaurant but in the future I will definitely double check things like that.

Stopped in this week and I was really surprised. The smells alone are intoxicating. I purchased a container of Carrot/Ginger Soup and a container of Parsnip/Apple/Ginger Soup. Both are DELICIOUS! Taste is so fresh. I appreciated the fact that they do not salt before hand as sometimes it is way too much. I also taste tested the corn bread and almond cookies...YUMMY! I think this will become a regular stop for me especially now that fall is here. I saw they were having butternut squash soup this week which means I definitely need to stop back by there. They do not have any tables or places to sit so everything is to go. You can watch them preparing as the store is basically wide open. I did notice they have cooking classes so that might be something to think about for the future. This is fairly close to a few hotels in Herndon so if you are staying in a place with a microwave or cooking capabilities this is perfect.
