I have been eating at this restaurant since it first opened and they have never disappointed me. Whether it's the lunch buffet, dinner, or carry out, the food is consistently excellent. The menu is large and offers many of the traditional Chinese cuisine dishes. The fried wontons are my personal favorite.

I don't eat alot of Chinese food, but I did try Beef Fried Rice from this restaurant and was not impressed. The oils used to cook it in made the food taste old...and I even smelled like that when I left the place? They seemed briskly busy, so maybe it was just me?? But other places in town are so much better, in my opinion.

The pan foods are good, with a large variety of offerings including some unique items such as ground beef and cheese wrapped in phyllo (this was delicious, btw). But the star is the Mongolian grill. The raw ingredients are fresh and attractively presented, and the grill guy is the sauce master.Wear big pants because you WILL overeat.
Maybe we caught them on an off day...maybe everyone was grumpy...we aren't sure. The food was common. Nothing bad...but nothing special. Just your run of the mill Chinese restaurant. The staff was uninterested, even acting like we were more of a burden than anything. The ambience...again..nothing inspiring. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't great either...What exactly makes this Chinese food 'fresh?'
