We tried this restaurant for the first time and enjoyed the dishes we selected. The portions are large and shareable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a delightful experience.

The sushi is always amazing and fresh. There menu items and the hibachi grill are great also, Clean, friendly and great service!! Up for an adventure as the sushi chef to make you something special, won't ever be disappointed. The Red Dragon, and Wasabi rolls are always a good go to.

I'm giving this place an "average" because I think the Chinese items on the buffet all tasted the same. My husband, on the other hand, would have gone with "very good". The reason for the difference is that he likes seafood, shellfish. This restaurant seems to be a good place for seafood and sushi lovers. I tried all three of their soups, the hot and sour was good, spicy, the egg drop was tasteless and the wonton was very good. The place was crowded for a weekday lunch, so it seems a popular local place. Service was good and friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking.
Where to eat Mexican food in Culpeper: The Best Restaurants and Bars
My family has been enjoying Tops since it opened, and it has been consistent all of these years. In an area where Chinese food joints are commonplace, this one is definitely at the top. I don't live in Culpeper anymore, but I look forward to eating here when I'm in town. Easily the best Chinese food w/in a 60 minute drive.
