Disclaimer, I grew up in a full-blooded, 2nd generation Italian household where mom's recipes were Grandma's recipes and are not written down but passed on visually and without set amounts of ingredients (a little salt...a lot of cheese, some wine etc.) So my Italian taste is hard to satisfy outside of my own kitchen.I had pizza at Three Guys. It was pizza, or pizza you get in Virginia. I'm used to NJ or NY style and this was not what I was used to. My son had spaghetti, sauce was a little too sweet for my taste but not bad. Meatballs got ate my son never met a meatball he didn't finish. I tasted them, no flavor, i wouldn't eat them myself.It was better then I expected for a road-stop we made on a trip to Florida as we passed through and got hungry. I took leftover pizza with me and ate two more slices later on in the night instead of stopping again.I'd go again to test the waters a little further if I ever pass through.

The restaurant was empty, in fact we were the first in the door and it still took 45 minutes to get our entrees and we didn't even order appetizers! By far this is the worst Italian food we have ever eaten. The sauce for the stromboli was flavorless and seems to have been poured straight out of a can, in fact salt couldn't even help the stromboli sauce, the chicken in the chicken alfredo was overcooked and the sauce was runny, watery, overcooked and tasted horrible and it was served with an attempt at garlic bread. Even though we live in close proximity to the restaurant, we will not be returning.

We got there just before closing so the buffet was closed. We did order a pizza and drinks. Both were very good. Only complaint was members of the staff complaining out loud about their work environment and hours. Not very business like.
