Joe's is always a wonderful place to host a pizza party for a sports team. We've gone multiple times. Depending on when you go, you can get the buffet or just order a la carte. They are able to serve large parties quickly and with ease! I suggest always a visit!

We offer a Neapolitan inspired menu of made-from-scratch dishes that represent traditional cuisine. These meals pay hommage to the memories of Campania, the region of our heritage. The dishes are typical to the working class neighborhoods of Napoli, Saler
Bartender Shawna was nasty to me and Rafael cook overcharge me for simple 2 eggs omelette $20.00 Food was just mediocre last time. Late night bar patrons are very low class.

About a week ago I attended a wedding and reception for my neighbor's daughter. The venue was their back yard and there were 123 attendees. The catering was exclusively done by Pulcinella Restaurant and the food was delivered in a timely manner. It was fresh, hot and included everything from appetizers, pasta dishes and an entree of chicken marsala. It was by far the best food I've had at a wedding. The owner of Pulcinella was there to supervise, making sure everything was perfect. There was plenty of food for everyone and the Pulcinella staff went from to table to be sure everyone was satisfied The bride and the groom and their parents praised the entire catering event.I heard nothing but compliments from several attendees, some of which now plan to use Pulcinella as their catering for future events. Bravissimo to Pulcinella .

The Lost Dog Café has been serving up great pizza, hot sandwiches and beer from around the world in Arlington's Westover neighborhood since 1985. Well known as a place to get great food at a great price, the café also serves up a hefty slice of compassion
If your family or friends are dog lovers, bring them here. At the very least, they'll love the murals which feature all kind of dog characters as commuters, etc. narrating the local history of Dunn Loring/Vienna. The menu features lots of fresh vegetables and soups and sandwiches. Lots of light from large windows. T-shirts featuring dogs and the cafe are also on sale. This is a one of a kind place.

This place is without equal (except for its sister location in Rosslyn, of course) for real Italian subs. It's a hopping tempo at lunchtime so expect a wait at the sandwich counter. Somehow, the sandwiches are unique - I have no idea how they accomplish that in such a crowded field. It's fun being in a gourmet Italian food shop (like a really small Eataly) so the atmosphere and decor make a big impact on the positive vibes. It's hard to drive through Westover without stopping - especially since there's such a great outdoor patio area (with a "Vespa Parking Only" area) for al fresco dining.

We're known for wood-fired pizzas, mini burgers, fresh salads and chef-inspired entrées, like pan-seared sea bass and oven-roasted filet mignon. It's American bistro fare, crafted from high quality ingredients with a chef at the helm in every kitchen.
Went there for happy hour. The drinks were good, the food was "just okay" and the service was practically non-existent. Worse, they got our order wrong and it when the replacement didn't come, we had to hunt down the manager. Three stars may be generous.

I stopped to get a sub for dinner the other night, after not having eaten there for a while. It was just like I remembered. The Roma sub was delicious, but more importantly, the staff were all friendly and helpful. For example, after I ordered the sub, the person said I could look around or pay if I wanted, and he would bring it out to me. They have great subs and Pizza, as well as wine and other things Italian. My kind of place.

I've been to Pie Tanza numerous times. It is simply the best little pizza-Italian place in Arlington, especially for families (although Joe's Pizza down Lee Highway is also very good). Pie Tanza is consistently packed on weekends for a reason: the food is terrific, the service is excellent, it is a great place to take kids, but also excellent for couples (though I recommend waiting until about 7:30 or 8 pm on weekends when things start to calm down a bit). It has a thriving take out service as well. Pizza is oven baked - excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs are fabulous, and other dishes really good too. It is an excellent small place to have a great meal at a great value. The locals in Arlington consistently keep going back.

Good pizza and other dishes. Decent gluten-free menu. Don't go without a reservation though or you won't be seated in less than 40 minutes to an hour. Discovered the hard way. Who knew they took reservations? Looking forward to return visit soon with a reservation.

Nice atmosphere, but definitely more open/loud (thus "cafe" I suppose). The wait staff is polite and helpful while the sandwiches/subs are fantastic! I'm a big fan of the New York Yankee (which hurts just to order) and their reuben, but there have been others that I've enjoyed tremendously. It may be difficult to choose (I think there are over 50 options), so consider previewing the menu online before you go. Does get crowded, so consider avoiding the peak hours if you'd like more space and less of a wait.
