The Neapolitan pizza at Tony's is great. Their Sicilian pizza (if you are a fan) is even better. Try both and be sure. Other dishes (salads, antipasti, heros, etc) are just as tasty. Get used to Tony's operations, that is, the order here, pay there, get your ticket, listen for your number system. It's common in many eateries in Italy, if going there is on your agenda. It helps that the managers/owners are mostly from the same family from the Mezzogiorno.

Carmello's is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in Italian and Portuguese cuisine in Old Town Manassas since 1987.
Were in town only overnight but had birthday dinner here at friendâs recommendation. It was quiet week night and we were last diners there. Such s pleasant atmosphere snd excellent service. Menu has unusual choices - hard to decide, but I had the âsurf and turfâ (filet, king prawn and scallop) and hubby had the rabbit. Good food. Best of all was the dessert. Creme brulee. But presentation wowed me!

Ordered for delivery to our hotel while in Manassas on business trip. The gentleman I spoke on the phone who took my order was extremely pleasant and happy to help. The disappointment was in the overall taste of food. Here are a few areas that made this choice a buzz kill for us... We ordered extra sauce on two pizzas and they came as though we ordered âlight sauce.â The pizzas otherwise had correct toppings. The crust flavor and texture was extremely bland and so without sauce to enhance the flavor. It was a no go. My husband ordered fried mushroom caps - tasted like the oil needed changing. Our salads were generous portions however, just so bland. My husband is Italian and I cook Italian dishes all the time. We chose Mama Mia based on reviews (here and Google). Overall, not a place weâd order from again.

We met friends here on a Sunday and didn't even have to wait. The never-ending salad is great, and my chicken and shrimp carbonara was delicious!

Took the family for a holiday dinner on the Sunday before Christmas. The bar area was busy but the restaurant not so much. Our server was great -- very polite. Can't remember her name. Like the ambiance and the overall menu. One of us got the ribs (very good) and two got burgers (also good). Husband and I got a spinach salad (it has asparagus on it -- bit odd). But the dressing was good. However, the pizza was a disappointment. The crust had no taste or seasonings and the sauce tasted something out of the frozen food section at the grocery store. Very disappointing. We ate it because we were hungry. Will try it again but order something else. Based on the pizza I only gave it 3 stars.

As our fave Italian local restaurant, we brought family here, that were in from out of town. The restaurant had broken a/c, but the place was packed as always, and still always the friendly service and excellent dinner! One of my favorite things is I can always get spaghetti squash with meals, and everything is amazing! The menu is huge, something for everyone and so many favorite dishes it's hard to count!!! Greek pasta, all of the Saltimbocca dishes, soups, appetizers! Waiting for fall and their butternut squash soup. which tastes absolutely amazing and like a cheddar broccoli!

A friend and I stumbled upon this place and honestly, we had to use the GPS to get there and back home. From the outside it looks like a dump but once you walk in, it's a whole other word. The service was fantastic, the mushroom soup divine, the pizza was delicious. I would recommend this place!

If you are from NY, this is one of the places where you can eat pizza. It's not identical but it's the closest you'll find in VA. And you can get the Sicilian style (my favorite) here which is hard to find in VA and it's pretty good too.
