Quickly seated on a Sunday at noon. Service was prompt professional and efficient. I had dragon fire shrimp and broccoli and wild rice and substituted wood grilled shrimp for the fried shrimp on the dish in the menu. My wife ordered crab cakes appetizer but was disappointed with the tiny size of the cakes which seemed no bigger than a silver dollar or fifty cent piece. The salads were floating in salad dressing with each having as much dressing as needed for 3-4 salads. Otherwise the food was good Hi, Jeff S. This place is an older establishment that serves up various sandwiches. My wife and I had the cheese steak sandwich, dressed (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions). We also had a limeade and split an order of fries. The food was made fresh to order, the limeade was great. The other sandwiches on the menu looked good. The cheese steak looked like a steak um, but was good. The sandwiches come in a variety of sizes, which is good if you want to eat light, or are really hungry. I would go back because this the prices are reasonable. This place is not fancy, but worth a trip.

We have found that Tuesday night has particularly fresh salads. The food and service are good any night but less crowded on Tuesday. We had the ribeye and ground sirlion with baked potatoes. They do it better than average job for Longhorn's.
Food was good, but most of the food we tried to order the first time around was out of stock! It was nice and clean and the waitress/hostess was very nice(she multi-tasked). I would go again if in the area because the prices were right and the food was good.

The salad was crisp and fresh. Their blue cheese dressing is awesome. Home made rolls and butter were served with the salads. They were piping hot and tasty. Our steaks were grilled to perfection and served with fresh asparagus, zucchini and yellow squash. All were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The loaded baked potato was yummy. Our waiter was efficient and very attentive. Even though this restaurant is located in a hotel, it is so much more than expected. As a local resident, I have enjoyed meals here on monthly basis.

We wanted to bring life back to a traditional family style BBQ restaurant transplanted right into Downtown Sandston. We hope you visit and enjoy yourself as we stride to provide the Family restaurant that this area needs.
This was my second time here and my motherâs first. The staff was great and the atmosphere. The decor is awesome. Our food came out very fast and it was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend. The hush puppies and brisket is the BOMB!

And when I mean old, I think that location was closed 10 years ago and these people decided to just open the doors and start this restaurant in the same fashion as the Waffle house. Unfortunately they didn't clean up from the old days. It was dirty. And the food is the same, almost as a Waffle house. I should have left. Unfortunately I had already driven off the interstate and was looking forward to home cooking. The food was good, I just needed to close my eyes to not see the dirt and grease still there from past 10 years. No need to go here.

What a fun place to have lunch or dinner! Many of the locals go here for subs, sandwiches, burgers (including veggie burger!), salads, and pastas. Family owned and operated. Meals are cooked to order, but definitely worth the wait! I got the veggie sub with fries. The mushrooms, onions, & peppers were cooked crisp on the grill and it added so much flavor. It was then topped with lettuce & tomato. Refills on drinks. Pleasant servers. Seating is booths. Outside décor and unisex restroom needs an overhaul, but the rest is top notch...reminds me of the ole timey soda shops.

Fresh Italian food made with quality ingredients, served delightfully warm and with relatively large portion sizes. Lasagna comes highly recommended. Clean (although restroom overly scented, like with air fresheners). Friendly staff. Close and free parking. Near several hotels but in front of one that didn't look too savory.

My best advice is to go with others willing to share bites because it is impossible to order all the tempting dishes, and with others, it might be possible to sample more of these amazing treats. The cuisine is Southern to perfection. Tony was our waiter, and he is in a class by himself. We were ten at our table, and he handled all our quirky requests with aplomb. Really happy that we were able to dine here.
