Stopped at this new Onley strip mall location (midway between a grocery & a Peeble's department store) for a 'stretch break' during long road trip. Attracted by fresh pineapple display outside, peeked in to see Molly's Fruit, really a juice bar, smoothie counter and sandwich/wrap shop (with fresh fruit/veggie market in back room area). I ordered a freshly-juiced pineapple/papaya and cantaloupe smoothie which just 'hit the spot' on a warm day. Friendly server & manager made us feel welcome. Thanks! We'll stop again.

This restaurant is in a strip mall that has a Roses and a Peebles. It is very non-descript from the outside. Inside, there are two rooms. We were seated in the second room, which had a lot of tables and a few booths. For a Thursday evening, I thought they were pretty busy. It seemed to be a place of, primarily, locals. As many people entered, they greeted other people there. This happened a number of times while we were there.....nice.We had a terrific dinner: clam fritter ($10.99), with cole slaw and onion rings as the sides and hamburger steak ($10.95)., with mac and cheese and yams as the sides. All the sides were very good, as were the main dishes. Our server was very attentive, until it was time to get the check. She disappeared, absolutely disappeared. I had to ask another server for our check. I would definitely return and try something another dish. There was a lot to like on the menu.

Great diner next to the Best Western. Looks like it is family-owned. Clean, good food, and people very friendly
On our way to Williamsburg, VA we stopped at the Sage Diner. We wanted to eat before we crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. We almost didn't stop there because the parking lot was full but we found the lone space and weren't disappointed. Though it was crowded we were seated quickly and our drink order was taken as we were seated. Our food was very quickly before us and our waitress was very attentive. The all day breakfast menu had many items from which to choose We will be happy to stop on our way home

This restaurant deserves a higher ranking than it currently has. (8/10). The dining room is pleasant and inviting. The service was attentive, although to be honest it wasnât crowded at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Portions are generous and the food tastes like it is all prepared fresh. I was able to get 100% whole wheat toast with honey (not prepackaged) to go with my vegetarian omelet. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food. Lunch for 2 was $25 (no dessert). This is a solid 4.5 restaurant.

My husband and I had a wonderful two days get away celebrating mothers day and his birthday in this awesome B&B Inn. We had the place all to ourselves and the breakfast the delightful host/owner served us were of excellent quality and delicious, which consisted of fresh fruits, freshly baked goodies:-), and healthy omelet. We appreciate the time, love and care that everyone gave to us. It is one of the best and relaxing B& B we have attended.

After eating an outstanding meal at Charlotte Hotel the previous night, we expected great things out of Bizzottos as well. We were severely disappointed. The menu featured many dishes with simple sauces we could have made ourselves (and have). But a caprese appetizer salad that featured burrata cheese instead of mozzarella and drizzled black truffle oil did sound intriguing. And maybe it would have worked, in a kitchen that tried harderâ¦? Had more skillâ¦? The burrata had been deep fried in the same crumbs used on the crabcake (more on that later) and then CHILLED. What exactly was the point? The black truffle oil had been replaced with the same tired sweet balsamic syrup that was also used on the risotto (more on that, later, too). The tomatoes were mediocre. A very disappointing (and at $10, expensive) start. The crabcake dinner (2 for $28) was the worst crabcake weâve ever had on the Eastern Shore. (Even the gas station diner Sting Rayâs down near Cape Charles was better). It reminded us of the soulless packaged Mrs. Paulâs crabcake dinners in the supermarket freezer section when we were kids. There was no way to tell the crab from the filler, there was no point to the red pepper in the mix, it was over-salted, and the hard crumb shell was something out of the 1960s. It was little consolation that the steamed spinach and mashed potatoes that came with it tasted fresh and was worth eating. Onto the shrimp risotto. This entrée featured some ordinary tasting shrimp and decent risotto. The shrimp was squirted with that same sweet balsamic syrup that did nothing to enhance its flavor. For $25 we expect something a lot more inspired. We couldnât imagine that dessert would be any better (and did not order), but found it fascinating that on a Monday that they only had a few desserts leftâ¦that were the same as ones mentioned at Charlotte Hotel (which was closed on Mondays). Is Bizzottos picking up their leftovers? Regardless, we wonât be back.

My husband and I recently were visiting family in Onancock. We decided to eat here. We loved the place and the assortment of drinks on draft. I have Celiac Disease and the place had a gluten free menu. I ordered shrimp cocktail and steam clams. Both were delicious! They had two gf hard ciders on draft that I loved. My husband loved his burger. We will go back again when we visit Onancock.

One of our favourite dining places locally, this restaurant is always a special treat. I telephoned Gary, the owner, during the morning of Thursday before Memorial Day weekend to be told that the bar and restaurant would be open until 9pm. A group of five of us, looking forward to Garyâs wonderfully renowned cocktails, arrived at 8.15 pm, to find the door closed. After seeing him sitting at the bar, he came to the door and said that he could not serve us! Memorial Day weekend! 8.15 pm!We were hugely disappointed, as we had family visiting from the Uk, and had told them that this is such a super local establishment. What is gong on??What is going on, Caroline DeGavre, is that as a result of your comments I am compelled to defend my business decision in a public forum. Not having had any guests for over an hour, and not having any reservations (including one from you!) I elected to "cut my losses" on a Thursday night and close an hour early at 8:00 pm. My prerogative. We promote our establishment as a restaurant, not a bar. Since the kitchen was closed and the staff already gone, I could not legally serve you drinks because I am obligated to provide food as well. Yes, you did see me sitting at the bar as you looked past the CLOSED sign hanging at eye level in front of you. I obviously did not explain sufficiently why I could not serve you, but now you know! We hope to see again.
