Life is just a little bit slower on Virgin Gorda, so named because this British Virgin Island resembles a large reclining woman. The laid-back pace of the island is the perfect excuse to take your time, whether you’re wading along the granite grottoes of The Baths, doing some casual snorkeling in Devil’s Bay, or exploring the stone ruins of a 19th century Copper Mine. Hanging out in the hammock at Mad Dog while you sip a Painkiller is the ultimate in Virgin Gorda relaxation.

The Clubhouse Steak & Seafood Grill at Bitter End Yacht Club serves succulent steaks and the freshest "Sea to Table" seafood in the BVI, while the Crawl Pub at BEYC serves lighter fare for lunch & dinner, with a water's edge sport-bar flair.
We anchored nearby at Saba Rock. We took the dingy to BE Yacht Club only to see the devastation from the hurricanes. Happily, there were plenty of workers. Hopefully, they will rebuild fast. At the present time, however, there are no services available.

Five friends and I had our first meal in Virgin Gorda at Chez Bamboo and it was a perfect way to start our vacation. Great food and drinks in a casual atmosphere. Rose, the owner and an excellent host, greeted us personally and even gave us her phone number if we had any questions while staying on Virgin Gorda.

At Virgin Cafe's simple "Caribbean fusion" menu offers the best casual waterside dining in the BVI. Our delectable home style dishes include tender guava glazed baby back ribs, West Indian boneless chicken roti, grilled wahoo fish, gourmet sandwiches, fritters and homemade soups. We always use the best quality ingredients, including locally grown produce, freshly caught fish and Angus-grade beef. Homemade sauces and dressings such as sun-dried tomato aioli, lemon-poppy seed salad dressing, and mango chutney are house specialties. Gourmet magazine loves our Fat Virgin Hot Sauce. You can relax on our front deck with a drink or a 3-course meal. Bring the whole family or make it a special occasion for two. As long as you're ready to slow down the pace and savor our culinary delights, it doesn't matter if you come in your high heels or your bare feet.
The Fat Virgin is my go to spot If I'm doing tours or just want to chill and have an AMAZING meal. My customers believe the fat Virgin fits welled with my tour after an amazing moring of Snorkeling. We love the Fay Virgin. Amazing Roti's and pan fish grouper Sandwich. Can't want until my next visit.

Amongst the famous Virgin Gorda's boulders with Waterfalls cascading down. Incredible natural setting. New addition: the Treehouse restaurant. A walk through nature for an experience ABOVE IT ALL !!!
Went to Rock House on 4.22.17 and was not disappointed. Our group tried a bit of everything including the chicken breast, calamari, and I had the Rock Pasta which included bacon. No complaints from our group about the food and all agreed that we'd like to come back so, thumbs up. Went up and looked at " The Treehouse" restaurant and will have to come back to that.

The building itself and surrounds are fantastic. The food is decent without being "write home about" great. Definitely worth a visit if you get the chance.

Visited last week while sailing my new 42 catamaran. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They are really rebuilding quickly post-Irma and the area is already looking like the paradise it was! Order a painkiller!Thank you so much for visiting Leverick Bay Resort & for the wonderful review. We are so glad you enjoyed your time while here. We hope to see you again soon!

We were here with a group of people so our meal was already planned out. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The alcoholic drinks were good also. There is a swimming pool at the Top of the Baths that people really enjoyed and there was outside dining. This area received damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria and repairs were being done while we were there. There are several very nice little shops by the restaurant. You might even find a chicken or rooster or two roaming the area. Before and or after time at the beach this would be a great place to stop.

With a reputation that far exceeds its modest size, Saba Rock boasts not only a famous over the water lounge bar and restaurant, but also an 8 bedroom hotel, 10 slip marina, gift shop, Gardens and sun deck. Saba Rock Restaurant is one of the more respected establishments in the British Virgin Islands, offering both a lounge menu and a dinner menu with a wide selection of seafood (including local conch and lobster in season), salads and grills. The boutique hotel, which is consistently ranked among the top hotels in the BVI, is accessible via a 10 minute ferry ride from Virgin Gorda. Alternatively, you can arrive on your own boat and take a slip in the Marina. The Saba Rock ferry is available to pick up guests from any dock in the North Sound, simply phone ahead (1 284 495 7711) or hail us on VHF channel 16 to make arrangements. Reservations in advance are recommended for the Hotel, Marina and Restaurant. We look forward to your visit!
Location is beautiful with cool aquarium and tarpon feeding. The food was okay. Lime in the coconut was a great drink. I would have liked to have a few more, but the service was so bad, waitress never came back for more drinks.

Virgin Gorda is a small and cozy little island. While there aren't a lot of restaurants here, the ones that are have stood the test of time and continue to be consistent and delightful. Although Bath and Turtle shifted locations (pretty much right down the street at Chez Bamboo), they continue with the same thoughtful and friendly service along with tasty eats. It is a clever menu with a nice island twist on the cuisine. There is always something for even the most choosy diners and lots of variety. I like the ribs and the conch fritters are the best I have had in all of the Caribbean - lots of conch and you don't have to hunt for it!!! If you hit up B&T for breakfast or lunch, be sure to give Chez Bamboo a try for dinner as well. The food is elegant! We went for their New Year's Prix Fixe and had a great time.

We stopped here for a quick lunch. My burger was okay. My husband's Mahi Mahi burger was so spicy, he couldn't eat it.
