The most popular beach resort in the country, Vina del Mar is within reach of both Santiago and Valparaiso. Vina teems with tourists during peak months December, January and February, despite Antarctic currents that make swimming a formidable prospect. Renaca is the hippest spot to sink onto the sands. The Fonck Museum and Quinta Vergara provide insights into the area's recent and ancient history, archaeology and natural history. Stroll along Avenida Peru and take in stunning ocean views.

In the Poniente neighborhood, 200 meters from the Acapulco beach in Viña del Mar, the Pullman Viña del Mar San Martín hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with many amenities so that you can make the most of your trip to Chile. The pet-friendly hotel features an outdoor pool and pool bar in the summer, 24-hour concierge services, event spaces, rooms with Netflix, and WiFi access in common areas. Enjoy your stay in the region and make a list of things to do in Viña del Mar! There will be no shortage of options: if you are a sports fanatic, the tour of Valparaíso Sporting, a racetrack an 11-minute drive from the hotel, is well worth it. If you prefer artistic visits, the Viña del Mar Municipal Theater and the Cerro Castillo Presidential Palace are excellent options. And, of course, don't forget to visit the region's beautiful beaches, such as Playa El Sol and Playa Los Marineros, a short 9-minute walk away.
This hotel is the very definition of over priced mediocrity. The dingdong‘s at Pullman HQ feel that gray gray everything is the best color scheme imaginable. Zero colors. It’s a bit like over boiled meat here if I could use that metaphor. The breakfast is barely up to 2 star Holiday Inn level and always always always the same old cheap food. But on the other hand, I must be happy for some things: I did not get food poisoning The towels are quite Old and thread bear- in my house these would’ve been tossed out two or three years ago. The design in the showers are designed to leak water all over the floor as, again, the same person at HQ who thought that Omnipresent Gray is a fantastic color scheme leapt upon the ingenious idea of showers with no doors causing leaks all over the floor so one has to use them to mop up the flood with the 2 towels given. Also to save money the hand towels are the same as the shower towels so you’re putting your face on something where somebody’s feet was before. And if you wanted to wash your face well they’re too cheap to even have face towels. And to top it off adding insult to injury they charge a lot of money for all the above in these rooms considering what you get and where you are.. Also strict company policy even if you’re staying here for many days is to ration out only one freakin’ water bottle upon check in- after that you’re on your own buddy. It appears as though the only reason that they somehow scammed themselves into a four star rating was putting in a midget rooftop pool. Also do not dare book a room on the city view/roadside because there’s so much street noise and of course they felt they cannot spend on double paned windows just like the ancient towels and small water bottle per room for full stay. OK so if you don’t book a room on the roadside and book on the Oceanside which is okay then they gouge for a quiet room. Well it’s all my own fault - I should have booked an Airbnb and gone out for a decent breakfast elsewhere (which I did several times out of other repugnance for their lackluster gray mediocre breakfasts…).

Excellent 3 night stay! Hotel is older but well maintained for the most part. Beautiful views of the sea and city, warm and friendly staff, clean room and nice pool. Location is right on the sea with wonderful terrace, large restaurant and great gym. The pool is nice, but older— there is a bar which is perfect for drinks poolside. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like a large typical buffet. The terrace is great - wonderful ceviche and small plates. Room service food was decent - nothing spectacular. There aren’t many nearby food or beverage options— a good 10-15 mins walk will get you plenty to choose from. Gym is excellent and the area is very pedestrian friendly for outdoor running along the coast. The parking/arrival experience is definitely confusing. I came in a rental car from Santiago, there are 2 ways into the hotel on the drive but no signage and both are gated so it’s very confusing on where to go when you first arrive. I also noticed valet was not super quick— they were friendly though which is more important! Overall, probably best option in Viña, and only 10 minute drive to the action of Valpo! Highly recommend.

The place ws nice, clean and friendly. Free breakfast was good. We had dinner there one night, and our waiter disappeared for a long time before taking our order. We flagged another waiter down to get us a bottle of wine while we waited, and he ended up taking our order. Then it took a very long time to receive the order. Food was mediocre at best.

Modern hotel with all facilities and the safety of being part of an international chain.
The hotel is really well-maintained, and there is attention to detail about almost everything to make it a great stay. When the mini fridge in my room didn't work, they sent someone immediately to take it away and replace it with a working one. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods, and safety protocol were in place with food wrapped individually and staff wearing masks at all times. There are a few things that could have been better. I found that the water for taking a shower wasn't hot at all, and I was hoping it would have been better since this was my second stay at this hotel this year. The other thing is that I am a member of their reward program, but after both of my stays my account wasn't credited with the points or nights I had accrued. I've had to call various numbers and talk to different people to get the points, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I will stay again.

The Oceanic Hotel is located in the beautiful coast between Vina del Mar and Reñaca, invite you to experience something different and enjoy a quiet evening in front of the imposing Pacific Ocean. With its strategic location on the sea, this boutique hotel, seduces visitors with its privileged view of the Bay of Valparaiso, its comfortable and cozy rooms and to deliver an excellent service.
We found the Hotel Oceanic back in 2007; loved it and decided that we would go back, again. Well, our opinion has not changed. The location is fantastic with great views of the ocean and of the night lights of Vina del Mar. The rooms are large and comfortable and the sound of the ocean waves, right outside our windows, are like ambient noise for us. Even though they had to be cautious, due to the pandemic, their breakfasts were very enjoyable -- served either in your room or in the dining area. As far as price, a tremendous value for the money. This is a boutique hotel that is worth staying at anytime you are in Vina del Mar.

The best place to stay in Reñaca, comfortable, clean and close to everything. The amphitheater and staff were very friendly and concerned at all times. With my friend we went for 5 days and 4 nights, the beach is 5 minutes walking. Everything was great
