Our aparthotel offers 178 outstanding apartments, from double rooms to 2-bedroom apartments. At the edge of Paris city center, just opposite the Villejuif Léo-Lagrange metro station (Line 7), our Park&Suites Elegance Villejuif is a wonderful base for business trips or weekend breaks, the central Châtelet district of Paris is only 15 minutes (metro ride) away.
Horrible place, Lift/Elevators works with 6 digits code each time you go up to your room or when you come down same with parking have enter code to get in/out.It is next to Casino where they share parking very confusing on where to park. We got locked in elevator for 10mins until help came and got us out of the elevator. If travelling with Family i would totally avoid this place. Staff is rude too.

First of all, I haven't been warmly welcomed at my arrival, the staff was average, not that smiling and pleasant. However, the food proposed by the hotel's restaurant was good. There was a lack of personal, on the morning, the tables for the breakfast hadn't been cleaned. The wifi connection was disabled for my room early in the morning, although I had no intention to leave early, with the excuse that I had paid the evening before and that my file was closed.

Well run hôtel with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Best value. Moved out of Campanile hôtel at double the price and no parking to this hotel which was superior in all aspects. Stayed 4 nights 2 rooms March 2022. Wi-Fi little weak though

I have been in many Hôtel rooms. I travel to different places, in the USA, UK and Now Paris France but this by far has been the worst. The first day we checked in was on Thursday July 4th we as if we can check in already. As we putting our bags in I already had to go to the front desk and request someone to look into our room since it seems like there was water leaking from somewhere. I put 2 Towels on the floor trying to dry the floor. When I came back to my room I was told by the front staff there was nothing wrong with the room it was us maybe when we shower. I explained again how can we have showered if we had just gotten our room. I need more towels now and that was also a problem. In many hotels they leave you soap and shampoo and conditioner keep in mind it is my mom and myself in this room (which by the way was false advertising it is 2 twin bed put together or 2 twin beds apart you decide). Day 2- no one took the garbage out or brought in anything including no toilet paper which I had to ask continuously. And I am still asking for toilet paper to be put in the room. Do they think I am steal it to take it with me? Day 3- no house keeping I had to get more toilet paper and nothing has been clean or garbage picked up. Day 4- they finally came to get the garbage and brought one toilet paper …wow Day 5- finally they came to make the beds and take the old towels and give me new ones but it seem like my mothers luggage was pull around the room making it dirty including her name tag unicorn which was white and she sat here upset cleaning it with a wipe. Now we also got 3 small squeezable shampoos packages and one more soap. The blankets looked like they turned over to the other side and made the bed with the same blankets. I asked the girl in the front desk. About this again, I explained I don’t meant to be impossible but I AM NOT USED TO THIS QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A HOTEL…. NOT EVEN A ONE STAR anywhere I have been the maids came by every other day and check in the garbage and the toiletries, why must I feel like I am repeating myself… Day 6- again had to ask for guess again yes … toilet paper. Day 7- wow garbage was picked up today and one toilet paper left , no shampoo, no soap. I am so feed up. I am glad I stop by the market and bought my own shampoo which I would have brought with me if not with all the restrictions we get in the airport with bringing or carrying liquids. We were here for 10 days trust me when I say I could not wait to go home. Day 8- no house keeping had come by to change bedding I did get new towels but hey no shampoo... one toilet paper left behind. Day 9- I had to ask for toilet paper this morning since that one was not enough for 2 females in a room. Day 10- yes you guess it I ran out of there . Good thing the hotel was paid for. Bad thing was I could not cancel my reservation and I had to suck it up. The front desk staff where courteous but I am pretty sure piss that this american kept complaining. Other than that the hotel was situated on and area where the metro was close by. There is also a bakery close by. There is an underground parking garage which we did not used. I dont dare drive in Europe. There is a supermarket Casino also closed by where we would get our essentials, like water. You could buy water there for less than a Euro or go and over pay in the places you go visit. I wikll add pictures as soon as I can download them from my camera.

My husband and I loved staying here. We found this place last minute after our Airbnb reservation fell through. The woman who runs it has been so sweet. We both have been under the weather since arriving in Paris and she has been so motherly. She has gone above and beyond what would of been necessary, to make our stay here as enjoyable as possible. My husband didn't make it down to breakfast in the morning and she sent up a tray for him with enough food for three people. She then brought us sushi to our room for dinner because she had noticed we had not left it all day. She's even been trying so hard to speak to us in English, although she speaks very little. We loved our stay at the Paris Star.

Laurent is a terrific host. He made us very comfortable in a quaint old styled house although with all modcons. Toilets are clean, beds clean and comfy, great pillows and well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook. For a charge, laundry facilities are available. Proximity to line 7 on the Metro makes the Louvre 20 mins away! Neighbourhood is quiet. We had a wonderful 5 night stay.

Enjoy a vibrant stay in Paris. Located 5 km from Paris and Orly, the hotel offers a light and spacious option with its 148 rooms, 1,100 sqm of modular meeting rooms, bar and restaurant surrounding a terrace looking out over the pool. Enjoy the Forest Hill sports centre, located within the hotel itself, which offers a pool, sauna, tennis, squash, weights, fitness and dance classes and more.
Bonsoir.

The hotel of Villejuif was inspired by the atmosphere of the villas located on the Italians lakes to create a fresh and calming environment around the theme of water. Private and cosy areas to feel like at home even during a long stay.
The price is fair, The staff is so friendly, Mr.Osama is so cooperative, Mr. Baleek is a real hard worker, Ms. Fayrooz is a nice receptionist, sanrda the cleaning lady is so cheerful. I got what i paid for

I was a bit concerned about booking this hotel after so many negative reviews however, my experience was a very positive one. For 3 nights, I had a large spacious room with comfortable double bed, large bathroom with bathtub and shower - plenty of hot water and nice towels. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, Line 7 - which takes you directly to the Louvre Museum and Opera in around 25 mins. Fabulous little bakery next to the metro, where I had a pain au chocolate and a cafe au lait every morning for under 4 euros. A couple of negatives: the wifi is unreliable and cuts out a lot; there are no bars or anything to do nearby; no shampoo or hairdryer, but I took my own anyway and let my hair dry naturally - soap was provided. This hotel was great value.
