Reviewed By teazel2016This is a good hotel for an overnight stop. It is at the far end of Villapiana Lido so quite a long way from the main area. The restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price and is popular with the locals. Breakfast is included. Ample parking.

the property is located 200 meters from the sea, 500 meters from the center .. and 'a cottage on two levels, ground floor and first floor, each floor has three bedrooms with private bathroom, including two triple rooms, a shared garden. rooms are equipped with all comforts, wi, .fi, tv. fridge, air conditioning and heating. Breakfast is included in the price.

Accommodation is spacious, well air conditioned and secure. Wifi is available but we could not connect. The area appears to be popular with local Italians who appreciate the great value by comparison to the tourist trail. Breakfast is provided in the garden setting from 7.30 until 10.00 am. Checkout is a generous 12 pm The owner Antonio is well known and made very good recommendations for the Lido and one of the best restaurants in the area. You have a choice between a ground floor apartment adjoining the garden or a first floor with a comfortable balcony overlooking the garden. Overall good value for money

Wonderful stay
Reviewed By MR SI stayed here for 5 days in July. The property is close to all amenities and walking distance to the beach. The room was clean and the bathroom was recently renovated. The roof top patio outside my room had a wonderful mountain side view. The property owners, Mr and Mrs Sancineto Sr and Jr were friendly and attentive to all my needs. I would highly recommend this b&b over other options in Villapiana lido.

Give it a few years and it will be one of the nicest Aldiana / at the moment some hiccups due to the recent opening
Reviewed By meikehAs the hotel just opened in June (after postponing the opening date twice!) we expected the grounds to be rather „sterile“ without too many trees and so on. And this was exactly the case, not much atmosphere (yet). In fact, we were a bit overwhelmed upon arrival with 9 big buildings with accommodation around the pool. Make sure you ask for rooms not facing the pool if you prefer peace over liveliness. Some areas also need some additional work, like the beach and beach club. Not very enjoyable at the moment. The pool area however is big and beautiful. Still will be nicer when trees and bushes are grown bigger but that will happen naturally. Sporting facilities are very nice and clean. Rooms are tastefully furnished and spacious, beds comfortable. Everything spotless throughout the property. Always someone swiping, brushing, cleaning something. All of the Italian and Spanish staff were very friendly, especially with kids. F&B and Head of kitchen top notch with attention to detail and focus on quality over variety (which was still tremendous). „Clubchef“ did not seem to be experienced in his field or simply not interested. Few of the German staff (couple of the „Animateure“) are full of themselves and need to remember that the guest pay their bills -but that’s not different than in any other Aldiana. Immediate necessary improvements: Entrance to the grounds is terrible and not welcoming at all. Also no signs and extremely difficult to find when arriving by rental car. Summary: We stayed at quite a few Aldiana at this point, but this had by far the best quality of food and happily accommodated those with allergies. Also staff was overall very nice and going out of their way to make everyone happy. We will surely come back in a couple of years when everything is settled a bit more.
