Excellent Italian restaurant with cozy interior and great choice of local dishes. Amazing wine also! If you're not sure what to order, ask for an advice, Francesco (the owner) is very hospitable and friendly, speaks good English.Thank you, Buseta e Boton, will definitely come again!

Stayed nearby and needed some 'fast food', the potato croquettes and the arancini were amazing, as was the home made pizzas. We ate here most days, was so authentic - the real Italy. Thank you to the young lady for her patience with my rusty Italian!!

We found this gem of a restaurant by chance and we are so glad we did. It is just along the road from the dossobuono train station. We stayed for a long weekend in a b & b and found this family run restaurant on our first night in Italy and went back for the follow 2 night because the food was soooo good. What we loved about it was that it was traditional and a lot of locals used it for their pizza's (they even do a take away service) and we as tourist were made to feel so welcome that we just seemed to fit in. Of course they serve pizza and pasta but in addition they served steaks too, these were cooked in a traditional pizza clay oven. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection and the choice of wines were very good. All round fabulous experience and good value for money. Great food and excellent service. Look forward to going back soon.

La Sorpresa is a simple, unpretentious, pizza restaurant, where the pizzas are excellent, the service is first-class and the staff are great fun. We ate there two days in a row and on the second night were welcomed like old friends (and on the first night like new friends). And it's also great value.

The pizzeria recently moved next door. The pizzeria, decorated with taste, is larger and has an open view kitchen where you can see your pizza progressing in its making. There are a few tables but you can still have takeaway. Same great quality, really a master of the pizza. Yummy and light.

And we saw some of the same patrons from the night before. Pizza was never cooked and served faster, in my experience in Italy. We had too much the first night both of us had two courses and we couldn't finish it all. Had turkey and ham entrees plus I had gnocchi. Excellent cooking and preparation. We spied the pizzas and came back the next night for them. Not disappointed at all. I'd pass on the house red. The second night we bought wine by the glass. It was fine.Thanks a lot,we're happy to know that our restaurant is appreciated.Best regards.

Been there during one trip in Italy, really great pizza. They have special hemp dough. Pizza was really crispy and tasty. Place is really small with nice ambient.The lady who served us first didn't know English but main chef speaks it very well.
