Choose Our area Located in the heart of Vigo's touristic zone, Casa Vella lets you enjoy the best dishes in a cozy atmosphere that contrasts with the famous and picturesque Oysters Street, full of dynamism and movement. Next to it, A Pedra market and the selling of seafood and oysters make this place one of the most emblematic places of the city. We always opt for products of the highest quality, which we utilize both in our specialties, like grilled seafood and lobster rice, and in simpler dishes and varied 'tapas'.
A popular bar in the old town, we reserved a table (probably advisable at weekends). It didn't take us long to choose the seafood platter for two! An impressive dish with various types of prawn, cockles, clams, mussels, razor clams, and a hefty crab! A cool crisp bottle of ribeiro too.

The restaurant closes December 15 to March 15
We enjoyed a Royal Caribbean cruise that stopped in the Port of Vigo. After touring wineries and the coast our guide told us to visit this restaurant for delicious seafood. So we wanted to try a Spanish empanada and Gambas and some more Albariño wine.

El restaurante Picadillo es un local del Casco Vello de Vigo que ofrece tapas, comidas, vinos y cenas en un ambiente agradable.Tenemos un menu del dia que cambia todos los dias.
I have eaten at Picadillo on a few occasions on visits to Vigo and always found the choice of Pintxo tasty and interesting. The portions are good value for money as is the wine. The staff are also friendly and welcoming with a smile on their faces. A nice place for lunch a prices that won't empty your wallet.

Simple restaurant, actually more like a tavern, nothing exciting about the place, the location, the decoration....but...if what you really want is to be delighted by the amazingly fresh sea food, this is the place to go. The superb King Crab (Centolla) is outstanding.

I went here with my latest lady friend yesterday, after seeing it on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed.
The service was very friendly, and you could sense that our waiter was very proud of his home city and wanted to make sure that we had a great time in Vigo.
The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We especially enjoyed the monkfish and prawns on the skewers, expertly cooked.
This place is mostly frequented by locals seemingly and you should definitely pay a visit if you're in Vigo.

Marco is one of the best Chefs in the Vigo area.
Creative excellent cuisine with top quality products. Great choice of interesting appetizers and main courses. Extensive wine list.
Probably the best price value relationship of similar restaurants in this area.
The Tuna and Beef Carpaccio are exceptional.
Attentive and friendly service.
Need to make Reservations to assure a table.

We specialize in "gluten free" food. Our specialities : - Handmade Pizzas and Pastas. - Meats. - Different kind of Tapas
Family owned and run. Menus provided in multiple languages. Food and service were excellent. Sit in the bar/cafe, which we did, or go back to the more formal restaurant. we would recommend this to friends.

Professional service despite being full. Reservation is probably advisable based on the number of people there and the people turned away. Excellent food ; recommended wine right on the money ; wonderful desserts (fig mousse ; homemade icecream) ; inexpensive ; English spoken ; free digestives (orujo) also offered to tourists (not always extended beyond the locals). Highly recommended

Situated just off the Praza de al Constitucion, we managed to secure a small table on a busy Friday night and were soon tucking into good sized portions of hearty Galician cooking: mussels, octopus and scrambled eggs with prawns and mushrooms, accompanied by a very palatable crisp house white. Reasonable prices and friendly service.

The room is nice and I was really impressed with the menu but very quickly my impressions started falling.
The smell of deep frying and food was intense in the room. Unfortunately the cooking was not good in our opinion. The cooking point of my lamb wasn't reached and the seasoning was awful; excessive oil and grease on the food.
With this menu and this room they should be ,more careful with the kitchen.
The price was 70€ for a lunch.
