I could not have loved this meal more. We arrived to a warm welcome and ordered a bottle of prosecco and an array of starters and mains. The service was impeccable throughout and it was one of the tastiest meals Iâve ever had. For 3 starters, 3 mains and a lovely bottle of prosecco, it came to just over £75 which for the quality, was great value. The waitress also had some great tips of places to go and things to do in the area which was much appreciated. Out tour guide recommended this restaurant and we werenât disappointed. We had the spring role combo and the mixed meat skewers and the chicken skewers. Really good. The service was efficient and the staff lovely. We were there for happy hour so also got 4 drinks for the price of two.

Wandering around Hanoi we stumbled across Au Lac and are so glad that we did! Excellent local Vietnamese food (with vegetarian and gluten free options(contaminant risk possible but I am coeliac and had no issues)) and the Dalat red wine (Vang Dalat - premium bottle) was one of the best wines we've had in a really long time! The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Cannot recommend this place enough - you have to try it! Perfect place to end our travels around Vietnam!

We came here after reading the reviews on tripadvisor but unfortunately for us the experience was not spectacular at all. The view was nice indeed, the place looks good, the serving was ok. The food was expensive compared to other places. So not a good value for money. Also the cocktail was ok, not spectacular. I had a pina colada which was good, but not as good as i was expecting after reading the reviews, not sure if it had coconut cream, also it was not blended.

Every single drink is over the top. When you come ask for James to make your drink. This bar has a spectacular view of West Lake and at sunset itâs the best experience ever. We went there after the amazing dinner at Nine Could (Only one floor down:)This place has 360 degree view of the city and big and modern (Seats were not tight at all) Had really good selection of drinks especially cocktail and good. My husband ordered whiskey sour and he said it was one of the best. I ordered espresso martini It was actually not on the menu but they said they could and it was good!Good music and great service. Perfect place to relax after the busy crazy toursThey have happy hour from 5-7 PM :)
