We are a small family owned boutique hotel / B&B in the hearth of Vienna. Spacious, bright, and elegantly furnished rooms of timeless beauty with heated stoneware flooring and large bath tubs in all rooms are what makes us special. Very comfortable beds, Air-conditioning, and included breakfast are standard. In one of the best residential areas of Vienna, located in a quiet back street in a (in 2002) remodeled old (originally built just before 1900) house of classical style, yet directly at an underground stop just a few minutes away from all important places in Vienna, we are the perfect place for your stay in Vienna - no matter if for business or pleasure (or both). Enjoy the organic breakfast buffet each morning for a healthy start into your day! Allergy friendly hotel according to ECARF-Standards.
We had a family room, which was great for my wife and I and our two daughters. Breakfast was good and the coffee at the reception was excellent. Staff was very helpful with street parking and answering all of our questions. We'll be back again!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I did not have breakfast at the hotel - in a city like Vienna it's best to have breakfast in one of its famous cafes. If you want a cheap, central hotel you can't go wrong with this one.

Graetzlhotel actually offers rooms in three different districts in Vienna: 1020 at the Karmelitermarket, 1040 nearby the Belvedere and 1120 next to Meidlinger Market. So it is much more than a hotel. The suites are located in former premises and their design is corresponding with the original use. Equipment: free wifi / minibar / safe / kitchenette with nespresso machine and samova tea selection / flat screen tv / bathroom with rain shower / spa minibar / lots of space for personal items. Upon arrival at the Graetzl, probably the biggest hotel lobby in the world, globetrotters get a first glimpse of the authentic life of the city. The great part about that: you'll be convinced when you set foot in the suite, either directly from the street or through a typical Viennese courtyard. The rooms are designed with a love for detail. The rigors of travel fall into a feeling of relief on arrival.
i loved my stay here. every apartment is different. exposed brick and cement floors with lush wool curtains and plush bedding and with your own door to the streets of vienna make this a unique, urban adventure. i coud have lived there! and marie, from the office was AWESOME. i thought i wanted a hotel so i could have a front desk, not needed. marie was accommodating and smart and so helpful. so you feel like you live in an artist loft, but you have friends when you need them. cant recommend enough.

In a central yet quiet location in the green inner courtyard, Hotel Fabrik is the best starting point for an unforgettable adventure in Austria's capital. The family-run hotel offers 39 comfortably furnished, non-smoking rooms with an unmistakable charm and exceptional design. The elements of the old factory have been restored with a love for detail, and with a play of light and color, these elements combine to create a fascinating architectural work of art. In Hotel Fabrik, you can let your head fall on the soft pillow after an eventful day and relax without the noise of the city or prepare for your next meeting. The Wagner family and dedicated team at Hotel Fabrik are always eager to please!
We enjoyed a very nice stay at Hotel Fabrik, the location is very good, close to tram and underground, room was clean, breakfast was very good and the service was great! The autumn colors of the courtyard are beautiful and the room was very quiet.

Just a few steps away from all major sights privately owned Hotel-Pension Lehrerhaus offers great location to a fair price. Groceries from the near supermarket can be prepared and consumed in the public living room. Pets friendly!
The room was very nice and clean. It was also quiet—I couldn't hear anyone in the next room through the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and there were a lot of places to hang and put things. A short walk to Rathaus station (had to take the tram because the metro line it's connected to was under construction but that was fine!) or like a 20 minute walk into the city center. There was also a convenience store right next door which was really nice!

I made a reservation at this hotel few months ago, from february 2022. I garanteed with my card and with 3 days before my travel they send me an email because my dates of card was no good. I send my dates again and after one more email from them i send another card, both cards are accepted at many reservation for years !!! So, they cancelled and when i called them our room was already given. So, it is inacceptable from a hotel from Wien to make some unbelievable tricks with clients, only because we had a very good price for that room !!! Avoid them !!!!

There is no air conditioning. The carpets with the heat make the room smell bad. The pictures of the rooms are not what in reality the hotel is. The staff is rude and not helpful. The rooms are barely furnished, there is no plug ports, no trash bins, no chairs. Very bad experience.

Stayed here for ~2 wks and also frequent the onsite restaurant many times (as a non-guest). Like many boutique hotels, the style, service and overall experience they deliver is focused on a certain 'segment' of the market. In this case, it's younger, urban, more artistic people looking for a 'local' experience. It is NOT a hotel for people looking for the chain-hotel or typical higher-end stay. For N. American's it compares a bit to the Ace Hotel (sort of chain) that started on the west coast. If you like that, you'll love it here. The restaurant is VERY cool and focuses on authentic Philippine food in a great atmosphere (including a great courtyard when it's warm). It's fairly 'chilled' place and closes by 11pm latest, so there's no issue with noise. The location can't be beat if you want to avoid the typical 'tourist' experience of Vienna and the prices are very reasonable. If you want a great 'real' Vienna experience stay in this hotel (or one of the few others in the 7th/8th districts and avoid the 'chain' hotels in or around the 1st/3rd districts.
