All flats are fully furnished and also the kitchen comes with all cooking utensils you might need. Standard of each flat are free WLAN, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and SAT TV. During your stay we will be happy to assist you with all your questions. Do not hesitate to ask us. The infrastructure provided in the neighbourhood to the apartments is really excellent with many shopping facilities, supermarkets, banks, a post office and some good restaurants. The access to public transport is excellent too. The next bus, tram and subway stop are just a few meters away.

The staff is extremely helpful with any Vienna and practical question you may have. it is not super central, but two blocks from the tram that takes 15 min into the center or 15 min into the Viennese woods and also right on the rapid transit if you need to go to another part of Vienna. the apartment was spotless clean and had everything you could possibly need (even a fully equipped kitchen allowing me to bake a cake ;)

Firstly, this is a great place to stay, for a short or a long term. I will list a few things that I think could improve the stay for someone who is staying longer term but for the moment, just an overall review. I requested the airport pick up. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and cost 37 Euro which must be paid to the driver. I would check to see if a taxi or Uber would be cheaper but as I was traveling a lot, I went with the hotel and the driver was there when I arrived (even though an hour late) and it was very easy. The hotel is in a very nice location--in a quiet area but still with nice cafes and bars within a 5-10 minute walk. There is an extraordinary vegetarian restaurant that is Michelin starred about 5 minutes (Tian). Incredibly expensive (ridiculously so at 140 Euro per person) but fantastic. Quite aside from this one, though, just normal but great places to eat. Also within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the main sites. For location alone, highly recommended. We are staying in a Studio Apartment but note there are regular rooms (so if you are coming for a short stay), studio apartments, exec apartments and a penthouse. The studio apartment is true to its name, everything in one big room with a door separating the big room from a hall. Off that hall is a nice sized bathroom with a bath (big plus) and a closet with a safe and a place to hang coats (and we stored our suitcases there). The kitchen has a stove (not an oven), microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Everything is fairly small but works just fine. There is a laundry room at U1 (first floor under the reception floor) which uses 1 Euro coins for the washer and dryer. You can buy machine washing liquid from the front desk. There is also a Billa which is a grocery store which is about a 7 minute walk (exit the hotel and take a right on Singerstrasse and keep walking, you will see it on the left hand side of the street after walking about 7 minutes. There is also a lovely bakery and place to have breakfast called Health Kitchen (HK) just a few minutes from hotel. Exit the hotel and this time take a left on Singerstrasse and keep walking until you reach the very end, take a quick left and right across the street, you will see it. And if you keep walking down that street, just before you reach the square there is a great place to buy all kinds of toiletries, soaps, washing up liquid, etc. I cannot recall the name of it, but it is right next to the small Spar. As for the rest of the amenities in the room, there is one large bed that is actually two singles put together. There is a nice size work desk, couch, chair and a small dining table. There is plenty of closet space and if you need an iron/ironing board, they will bring one up to you. Some downsides and suggestions for the hotel. Suggestions: leave some instructions for guests. Even a card on the desk to say where the nearest shops are located, how to work the stove, heating/cooling unit, where the laundry in the building is located (etc) and how to work those machines. Yes, it is possible to ask the front desk but just a laminated card left on the desk would be great. Downside: the beds are so HARD as verging on uncomfortable. The same applies to all the furniture--chairs, couch etc. I do not know why this is the case and I can't imagine this is what Austrian's find comfortable. Also, there are so few English channels. Of course, for a shorter stay, this does not matter but where someone is here for weeks, it does. There are tons of channels that have programming in almost every language but in English, you get 2 news channels (and for some reason, not BBC!) and Sky Cinema which sometimes has English but often not and the movie choices are bad. It might be hard to fix the beds, but the channels should be easy!

The area nearby was quiet and there are several shops. The small kitchen, fridge and cutlery were enough for making something to eat. In addition, check-in and check-out can be done fully electronically. Definately we will book again in October!!

Clean, comfortable, and well located
Reviewed By joanab654The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the balcony as it was only sunny on my last day in Vienna. It seems like a good idea to start the day with a coffee there. The apartment is close to the Viktor Frankl museum, the Rathaus and good cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly and although I didn't need anything I believe they would be very helpful if I had a request.
