Went for dinner with colleagues and it was quite simply wonderful. We had a shared board of prosciutto to start and a glass of prosecco. Rib eye steak followed cooked to absolute perfection with a side of broccolini and chips along with an amazing red wine (didnât choose it so canât say what it was) but it was heaven in a glass!Finished off with sorbet and a wee nip of desert wine. Our waiter was Mark who gave good banter and we enjoyed his company. The ambience was great and we could actually have a conversation without shouting at one another, but you could still hear the music in the background - the acoustics are spot on. It was quite busy for a Thursday night, but our needs were met with near perfection and the food was divine.I dont know why I waited so long to visit but it wonât be long before a return visit - thank you to all the team, big pat on the back to you all for a simply wonderful night.

Max's Corner has a good menu, mainly Mediterranean staples such as paella, pork cutlets and wood-fired pizza. Max's is a popular dining spot way into the evening -- it's open until 10:00 pm. Max's has a full bar, and the coffee is good, too. The cafe always seems to be busy, which is a good sign. The staff are attentive without being pushy.

Warm week night and we were a party of 6 out to celebrate house renovations completed. Walking around the Keilor Rd dining precinct and many places had already closed as it was nearly 9pm. So we drove down to the end of the strip and saw Demazziâs still buzzing and went in to see if we could get a meal and were quickly seated and given our menus. Atmosphere was buzzing and food that was coming out looked great. The theme of style of the food was very much Texas BBQ and that suited us perfectly. We ordered the staples, fried chicken, pulled pork and beef brisket along with the usual sides, coleslaw, chips and corn from memory. Service was good and friendly with some real happy vibes too. I think someone even had ribs. The food came out and looked so good and tasted as much. Real Texas BBQ in the north was a real surprise but also a great find. They should advertise it as unless you go in and check the menu you wouldnât know

Creme is a busy coffee shop at the corner of Keilor Road and Bulla Rd. It's a great place to retreat from the winter winds. The staff are very helpful and the coffee is flavourful. Creme also has a better-than-average menu if you are feeling peckish. Creme is open from early to after 10:00 pm, it's always popular.
