Waterfront Restaurant & Bar overlooking Westernport Bay and the Eastern entrance of Phillip Island. Fully licensed bar including wood fired pizza, seafood, steaks, tapas and local beers/wine and cocktails.
On a sunny but wintry Sunday, this was a terrific spot for lunch with a spectacular view. The fun started with friendly, helpful waitstaff who could not have been more attentive to my dietary restrictions or more pleasant. Nice wine list includes some local wines. I had tender calamari with a creative and fresh salad (the mains was so large I took some home for lunch the next day). Himself relished a huge plate of fish and chips. All most enjoyable. Weâll be back. Best place weâve tried on Phillip Island in recent times.

We (2 of us) turned up at 3.30 pm (hours say open till 4.30) and we were left with the impression we had interrupted someone's day. Talked briefly about the wines then asked for tastings for the three that we were interested in. Tried these and were happy enough to buy some. I then asked about the local beer on the wine list and was told we don't sell that to take away from the premises. Next we asked about the 'light meals" advertised and was told "we just do a cheese board" , not really what we wanted as a meal on a cold, blowy day.Said thanks, bought our wines and we left. Would I go back, with that attitude, why would I ? I note another reviewer wendyurquia says the same thing in her review

Enjoyed a quiet, cosy night with another couple and boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Food was excellent, service out of this world and best of all, we were treated like one of the locals. Jerome the owner really knows how to treat his customers. New menu - nothing bad. We had the mixed meat board, garlic prawns, beef cheeks , gnocchi, a couple of sticky date pudding to share. All excellent and highly recommended. Weâll be back!
