Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Flannel with my fiancée. I had the 6oz Filet and she had the Tuna. Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Tuna was super fresh and very high quality. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had a great table with beautiful Mountain Viewâs. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Stowe.

Very nice wine bar with good selection of wines by the glass. Food is mostly small plates that you can share. Everything we had was very good. I believe the menu changes regularly. Good service. Quite busy on weekends, so would recommend making reservations.

We were passing through the area and chose this restaurant because of its reputation. We were not staying at the resort but were please to find that valet parking was included with the dinner reservation. The food was great and with reasonable portions.Rated as fine dining, it met all expectations

We have enjoyed out Aniversary dinner at The Trapp and the Weinerschnitzel like our meals in Austria on our honeymoon. This year the menu only showed a pork schnitzel which was a great disappointment. The pork was dried out, there was no lemon and a miniscule dab of lingonberry sauce hardly mattered. Dessert was fine but the coffee was old and cold. Not a very special dinner for $100.
