Hungry? You won't be after you've eaten a Handy's Big Daddy Breakfast (curious? Come on in to try one!) Or our famous Texas Chili dogs with a side of fries and an ice cold Coke. At Handy's, we make it our mission to not only fill you up with delicious foo
The owner, Earl (and his family) are proud custodians of this long-time treasure. Enter as a customer and leave as a friend. Sit at the horseshoe shaped lunch counter, sit elbow to elbow and enjoy the company of the other diners as well as Earl and his family. The daily specials (patty melts on Tuesday) are outstanding and a great value. The breakfast sandwiches are legendary and large and they get everyone talking. This is not a place where people stare at their phones. They actually engage with one another. Long live Handy's !!!

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
This Denny's was really handy for our hotel, so after a long day of driving we decided to use it for dinner. We could see the place had recently been refurbished so it was clean and up to date, the waiting staff were polite and friendly. The food was how you'd expect from this style of restaurant, no problem with it and our order was all correct, it is what it is. We would use again if we were in the area.
Good service, convenient location on Dorset, a nice selection of fine foods, wine and beer. The smell is amazing when you walk into the place - they make their own cider donuts, quiches, desserts and breads. In the summer, it is a favorite spot to walk or bike to for a creemee.

A favorite South End spot for freshly baked classic and specialty breads and goodies. We use pesticide-free, non-GMO whole grains stone-milled on-site in nearly all of our baked goods, each crafted by hand. Weâre locally owned and community focused, sourc
We were heading to the Lake Champlain to have a picnic and stopped at Great Harvest Bread Company for our food and drink. The sandwich choices will meet anyone's tastes...we all chose different types of sandwiches and we all found them delicious!!! The cheese and toppings assure that they have an endless variety of possible combinations!!! The breads...as you would expect...were especially good. They also offer a large number of dessert items...many disguised as sweets that appear to be good for you.Needless to say, we can recommend that if you are in Burlington...or passing by on the Interstate...and have a desire to go down to Lake Champlain for a nice break from the fast pace to have a picnic...by all means stop here for your picnic supplies!!!
