Hana Japanese Restaurant

Japanese Restaurant - Fresh, Local and Natural

We love sushi and were looking for a place to satisfy our craving. This was it. The menu is extensive which made it really difficult to make choices. We ended up with soup, seaweed salad (fantastic!), tempura veggies and a variety of their specialty rolls. The flavors were so perfect we used no further sauce on the rolls. We discussed which we liked better but could not come to a decision. We used their online order system and enjoyed them in our hotel room. Great way to place an order. We will definitely return next time we are in Burlington.

My family always goes here for birthday celebrations. We've never had a bad meal. The chefs are so funny and entertaining. The food is a little expensive but you're paying for the show as well. Really great place, nothing but good things to say!

Gaku Ramen

Had dinner here on our vacation to Burlington. The ramen was very tasty especially when washed down with a Sapporo beer. I was hoping for my ways to customize my ramen with the addition of vegetables but the choices were pretty minimal. However, it was very tasty and I would certainly go there again to try something different.
